The user manual is designed to assist in the safe and trouble-free use of the device. 2. USAGE SAFETY

ATTENTION! Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in an electric shock, fire and/or serious injury or even death.

The terms „device“ or „product“ are used in the warnings and instructions to refer to FOLDING MASSAGE BED.

2.1. SAFETY GUIDELINES

1. Only the manufacturer's service centre may make repairs to the product. Do not attempt to make repairs yourself!

2. Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which can significantly impair the ability to operate the device.

3. The device is not designed to be handled by persons (including children) with limited mental and sensory functions or persons lacking relevant experience and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or they have received instruction on how to operate the device.

4. The device is not a toy. Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.

5. Keep the device in perfect technical condition. Before each use check for general damage and especially check for cracked parts or elements and for any other conditions which may impact the safe operation of the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the device for repair before use.

6. Device repair or maintenance should be carried out by qualified persons, only using original spare parts. This will ensure safe use.

7. To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do not remove factory-fitted guards and do not loosen any screws.

8. When transporting and handling the device between the warehouse and the destination, observe the occupational health and safety principles for manual transport operations which apply in the country where the device will be used.

9. Do not move, adjust or rotate the device in the course of work.

10. Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime from accumulating.

11. The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance may not be carried out by children without supervision by an adult person.

12. Keep the device away from sources of fire and heat.

13. Do not overload the device.

14. Exceeding the maximum permissible user weight can damage the product.

15. Before using the product, make sure that all legs are the same height. Stretching the legs of the bed to different heights can make it unstable.

ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device and its protection facilities and despite the use of additional elements protecting the operator, there is still a slight risk of an accident or injury when using the device. When using the device stay alert and use common sense.

3. USE GUIDELINES

The product is an accessory for massage.

The user is liable for any damage resulting from unintended use of the device.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE

3.2.1. APPLIANCE LOCATION

Keep the product away from hot surfaces. The device should always be used when positioned on an even, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface, and be out of the reach of children and persons with limited mental and sensory functions.

3.2.2. ASSEMBLY

MODELS: PHYSA MARSEILLE WHITE, (BLACK, BEIGE, RED, BLUE), PHYSA TOULUSE WHITE, (BLACK, BEIGE, RED, BLUE), PHYSA BORDEAUX WHITE, (BLACK, BEIGE, RED, BLUE, TURQUISE)

1. Release the safety device.
2. Lay the table on its side and stretch the table legs to the desired height.

To adjust the table height, unscrew the knobs, remove the movable leg and insert it into the holes at the desired height, then screw the knobs back on. Note: Make sure the legs are the same height.

1. Remove all accessories from inside.
2. Lift the table and place its legs on the floor.
3. Install the armrests.
4. Install the front arm-shelf on the headrest holder.
5. Adjust the headrest and lock it.
6. Correctly assembled table.

NOTE: the PHYSA MARSEILLE WHITE, (BLACK, BEIGE, RED, BLUE), PHYSA BORDEAUX WHITE, (BLACK, BEIGE, RED, BLUE, TURQUISE) models have an additionally adjustable leg rest.

1. Set up the bottom of the chair.
2. Make sure the chair is firmly on the floor.
3. Unlock the adjustable handle and fold out the headrest. Unlock the knob and the handle to change the angle of the headrest. Adjust the headrest to the desired height and lock it.
4. Adjust the chest-rest position.
5. Lock the chest-rest position with the knob.
6. Fold out the arm shelf and lock it at the selected position.
7. Fold out the seat and lock the bracket.
8. Chair properly assembled.

3.2.3. DISASSEMBLY

1. Remove all accessories (headrest, armrest, front armrest).
2. Lay the table on its side.
3. Place the accessories under the elastic strap.
4. Fold the table legs, then fold the mattress and lock the safety device.

3.3. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

a) Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
b) After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried completely before using it again.
c) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and direct exposure to sunlight. It is recommended to store the product in the case and not to rest it against objects that could deform it.
d) Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
e) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning (e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they may damage the surface material of the appliance.
f) Note! The product should be washed after each use. It is recommended to use a mild disinfectant for this purpose.
g) Do not use cleaners containing liquid dye as they can discolour the upholstery.
h) Do not wax or use detergents and / or leather cleaning agents as these may damage the coating.
i) Do not use alcohol-based cleaners to clean the product.
