Frequently Asked Questions - MFO24EME4R118-BK MIDEA

How do I install the cooker?
Place the cooker on a stable surface, ensure a clearance of at least 5 cm from the rear wall, and connect it to a dedicated 230 V outlet. Use the anti-tip bracket provided to prevent tipping.
What should I do if the cooktop does not heat?
Check the power supply and ensure the control knobs are set correctly. If using radiant zones, allow time to preheat. If still cold, the heating element may be faulty and should be replaced by an authorized technician.
How do I clean the ceramic glass cooktop?
Use a dedicated ceramic hob cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive sponges. For burnt residues, let the surface cool, then use a scraper blade at a 45-degree angle.
How do I use the oven timer?
Press the Timer button, set the desired time using the +/- keys, and select the cooking function. The oven will beep when the countdown finishes.
Can I use aluminum foil in the oven?
Yes, but avoid covering the oven bottom or heating elements. Place foil on a baking tray or rack to catch drips, ensuring good air circulation.
Why is the oven door steaming during cooking?
This is normal as moisture escapes during cooking. Wipe the glass after use. Avoid opening the door frequently to maintain temperature stability.
How do I replace the oven light bulb?
Disconnect the power, remove the glass cover inside the oven, unscrew the old bulb (typically E14) and replace with the same type. Reattach the cover and restore power.
What is the maximum oven temperature?
The oven can reach up to 250°C for baking and broiling. For high-temperature cooking, supervise the appliance to prevent overheating.
How do I clean the oven interior?
Use a mild detergent and warm water. Avoid steel wool. For stubborn stains, use a paste of baking soda and water. Do not use commercial oven cleaners unless recommended.
Is the cooker safe for children?
The cooker includes a child lock to prevent accidental operations. The cool-touch handle reduces burn risk, but children should still be supervised near the appliance.
