How do I assemble the chair?

Use the recline buttons on the remote or side panel. The chair smoothly reclines from upright to a full 180-degree flat position. Ensure there is at least 20 inches of clearance behind the chair.

How to activate the heat therapy?

Press the "Heat" button on the remote. The heating elements in the back and seat will warm up gradually. The heat function automatically turns off after 15 minutes for safety.

How to clean the upholstery?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the PU leather surface. For stains, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap. Never use abrasive cleaners or immerse the chair in water.

What should I do if the chair does not power on?

Check that the power cord is properly connected to the adapter and the wall outlet. Ensure the outlet is working. If the chair still doesn't turn on, check the reset button on the control panel or contact customer support.

What safety precautions should I take while using the chair?

Care, Storage & Cleaning

1. Once your kid's adventure is over, the Modular Couch for Ki can serve as a regular couch or it can be easily stacked when use. Each piece has a zippered cover that is easily removable washable.
2. Do not place the pillows into any type of liquid
3. Keep away from all solvents and harsh detergents.
4. The bamboo cover is machine washable with cold water.
5. Be careful while removing the cover from the pillow: we recommend curving the foam (to make it smaller) while removing cover to avoid ripping it up
