To clean the drain pump filter, first unplug the machine and wait for it to cool. Open the lower front panel, place a container under the filter, then slowly unscrew the filter cap and let out any residual water. Remove debris and rinse the filter under running water. Replace it securely and close the panel. Clean this filter every 2-3 months to avoid drainage issues.

The maximum wash load capacity is 14 kg for cotton clothes. For other programs, reduce the load to ensure optimal washing performance and gentler care. Do not overload the drum, as this can cause excessive vibration and reduce washing efficiency.

The Delay Start function allows you to pre-set the washing cycle to begin at a specific time. Load your laundry, select a wash program, then press the Delay Start button repeatedly to add 1-hour increments up to 19 hours. Press Start to activate. The machine will start automatically at the chosen time, so you can have fresh laundry when you need it.

Excessive vibration usually happens when the machine is not leveled or the drum is overloaded. Use a spirit level to check the top of the machine and adjust the front legs using a wrench. Detergent dosage depends on the load size, soiling level, and water hardness. For a normal load of about 7 kg, use 80-100 ml of liquid detergent or 110-140 grams of powder. For a full 14 kg load, increase the amount by about 50-70%. Always use low-sudsing detergents designed for front-load washers, and refer to the detergent's label for guidance.

Place the machine on a solid, flat surface, preferably a concrete floor. First, remove the four transit bolts at the back and secure the included caps. Connect the hot and cold water hoses to the taps, then the drain hose to a standpipe or sink. To level the machine, loosen the lock nuts on the front feet, rotate them to adjust height, and use a spirit level to ensure it's balanced. Tighten the lock nuts once level. Finally, plug the machine into a grounded outlet that matches the power rating.
