How do I position the cuff on my arm?
Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, about 2-3 cm above the elbow. The air tube should run along the inside of your arm. Position the cuff so that the artery marker aligns with the main artery. Wrap it snugly, but you should be able to slide one finger between the cuff and your arm.
What does the irregular heartbeat symbol mean?
The icon indicates that an irregular heartbeat was detected during the measurement. This may be a sign of arrhythmia. If it appears frequently, consult your doctor. This feature is not a substitute for a medical diagnosis.
When is the best time to measure blood pressure?

How do I replace the batteries?
