How do I change the LED bulb?
Turn off and unplug the microscope. Remove the bulb cover on the back. Gently pull out the old LED module and insert the new one. Replace cover and plug in.

Use lens paper moistened with a drop of lens cleaning solution (or distilled water). Wipe in a circular motion from center out. Never use paper towels or alcohol.
Why can't I see anything through the eyepieces?
Check that the objective lens is clicked into place, the diaphragm is open, and the light intensity is turned up. Ensure the specimen is properly positioned.
How do I adjust the interpupillary distance?
While looking through both eyepieces, move the binocular tubes together or apart until you see a single circular field of view.
