How do I pair my Energy Sistem Earphones 1 Bluetooth with my phone?

Ensure the earbuds are charged. Remove them from the case; they will automatically enter pairing mode (usually blinking blue and red). On your phone, enable Bluetooth and select "Earphones 1" from the list. If prompted, confirm pairing.

How long does the battery last?

The earbuds offer up to 5 hours of playback on a single charge. The charging case provides an additional 15 hours (total ~20 hours). Charging time is about 1.5 hours for the earbuds and 2 hours for the case via USB-C.

Are these earbuds waterproof?

They have an IPX4 rating, meaning they are splash-proof (resistant to sweat and light rain). Do not submerge them in water.

How do I reset the earbuds?

Place the earbuds in the case and close the lid. Keep the lid closed for 10 seconds. Then open the lid, remove the earbuds, and they will be reset. You may need to re-pair them with your device.

Can I use just one earbud?

Yes, you can use either the left or right earbud independently. The earbud will automatically connect in mono mode when only one is taken out of the case.

How do I change the ear tips?

Gently pull off the old ear tip from the nozzle, then press the new ear tip (available in sizes S, M, L) onto the nozzle until it clicks. Ensure it is securely attached.

Why is there no sound or only one side is working?

Check that both earbuds are charged. Try resetting them (place in case for 10 seconds). Ensure your device volume is up and the earbuds are selected as the audio output. If issue persists, forget the device from Bluetooth settings and re-pair.

How do I answer a call or control music?

Use the touch controls: tap once to play/pause or answer/end a call; double-tap to skip track; triple-tap to go back or invoke voice assistant (Siri/Google Assistant). Refer to the manual for exact gestures.

Can I charge the case wirelessly?

No, the Earphones 1 case charges only via the USB-C cable provided. Wireless charging is not supported.

What should I do if the earbuds are not charging?

Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case with a dry cloth. Ensure the charging cable is properly connected to the case and power source. Try a different USB-C cable or adapter. If the problem persists, contact Energy Sistem support.

• These Bluetooth earphones have an ergonomic design that adapts to the shape of your ears. They feature multifunction buttons, a built-in microphone and up to 5 hours of battery life. The best way to combine sound, style, and comfort.
• We recommend you to read this manual and familiarize yourself with it before you start using your Earphones 1 Bluetooth.

Care and maintenance

• Do not expose your Earphones 1 Bluetooth to impacts, dust, humidity or high temperatures.
• Do not use neither corrosive nor abrasive cleaning products.
• Keep the earphones clean and free of dust using a soft dry cloth.
• Do not dismantle the device. All repair works should be carried out exclusively by qualified staff of Energy Sistem Technology, S.A.
• Please make sure that your Earphones 1 Bluetooth are turned off when you are not using them and do not store them with an empty battery for long periods of time.

Main functions

Switching on the device

To turn on your device, press and hold the multifunction button (2) for 2 seconds. The LED indicator (5) will glow blue and you will hear a confirmation sound when the device is on.

Switching off the device

To turn off your device, press and hold the multifunction button (2) for 3 seconds. The LED indicator (5) will glow red for 2 seconds and you will hear a confirmation sound when the device is off.

Charging the battery

You will hear a warning sound and the LED indicator (5) will flash red when your Earphones 1 Bluetooth are about to run out of battery. Connect the charging cable to the microUSB charging port (4).

The LED indicator (5) will glow red while charging the battery and will turn blue once the charging process is completed. The charging process takes about 1 hour and a half.

Important: We recommend not to leave your Earphones 1 Bluetooth unused for long periods of time with an empty battery. We advise to charge your earphones' battery at least once a month.

Bluetooth pairing

Once your Earphones 1 Bluetooth are off, press the multifunction button (2) for approximately 4 seconds, until the LED indicator (5) starts flashing blue and red. At this point, your earphones will be in search mode and you will be able to pair them with your smartphone or tablet. Once "Earphones 1" appears on your device screen, press "connect". The devices will be connected immediately and without codes. You will hear a sound that confirms that both devices have been paired correctly.

You do not need to repeat this whole process to pair both devices again, simply leave your Earphones 1 Bluetooth on

ENERGY♥SISTEM

and enable the Bluetooth® connection on your smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.

Auto Power off

In order to save battery, your Earphones 1 Bluetooth will automatically turn off if they are 5 minutes in search mode and not paired with any device.

Playback control

Play/ Pause

Press the multifunction button (2) to play or pause playback.

Volume +/ Volume -

Press the Volume + (1) or Volume - (3) buttons to adjust the volume

Next/ Previous track

Press and hold the Volume + (1) or Volume - (3) buttons while listening to music to move to the next or the previous track respectively.

Call control

You will be able to control your calls from your earphones if you pair your Earphones 1 Bluetooth with your mobile phone.

Answer an incoming call/ end a call

Press the multifunction button (2) button once to answer or end a call.

Redial a number

Stop playback and press the multifunction button (2) twice.

Reject an incoming call

Press and hold the multifunction button (2) for 2 seconds.
