Can I use the frame without a memory card?
Yes, the frame has 512 MB internal memory. You can transfer photos from your computer via USB to that internal memory. However, using a card offers more storage space.
How do I start a slideshow?
Insert a memory card or connect to USB with photos, turn on the frame, and select the 'Slideshow' option from the main menu. You can adjust the interval and transition effects using the remote control.
What is the maximum resolution supported?
The frame displays photos at a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. Photos with higher resolutions will be automatically resized to fit the screen.

How do I clean the screen?
Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water (or a screen cleaner). Do not spray liquids directly on the frame. Gently wipe the screen in a circular motion.
The frame is not detecting my memory card. What should I do?
Ensure the card is formatted in FAT32 (not exFAT or NTFS). Also check that the card is fully inserted. Try a different card or format the card on a computer first.
Can I display the date and time permanently?
Yes, you can enable the clock and calendar overlay in the settings. It will appear as an overlay on photos or as a separate screen if desired.
