What are the operating modes of the PPA-360 remote?

The remote has two modes: Automatic Mode (default) and Manual Mode. Automatic Mode allows basic functions (UP, DOWN, STOP). Manual Mode allows setting operating and maintenance positions.

How to switch to Manual Mode?

Press and hold the HIDDEN button for 5 seconds, release, then press the STOP button for 5 seconds. The green indicator will flash slowly to confirm entering Manual Mode.

How to set the operating position (programming)?

In Manual Mode, press and hold the HIDDEN button for one second, release, then briefly press UP. The green indicator will flash quickly to confirm the setting.

What to do if the remote displays error flashing?

Press and hold the STOP button for 10 seconds to stop the error flashing. For a specific bypass (7 flashes), perform the sequence: STOP for 10 s, then HIDDEN for 5 s, then UP.

What is the range of the infrared remote?

The range is between 5 and 10 meters.

What type of batteries does the remote use?

The remote uses 2 AA alkaline batteries.

How is the power supply provided?

Four Button Infrared Remote – Instructions for use

Projector Lift Version

Operation

When power is applied to the control box the IR Remote will boot up. The green LED will blink 20 times. The Red LED provides projector lift codes. Consult the Projector Lift Manual for LED lift codes.

The IR remote will default to automatic mode (Up, Down, Stop). Basic functions (UP, DOWN, STOP) activate by pressing the button for 1 second.

NOTE: For accurate programming of lift show and service positions we recommend using the hardwired remote provided with the lift. The electronic Lower Limit cannot be reset with the IR Remote.

The guarantee is limited to 2 years for the motorized modules, electronic boards and the remote control (the battery is not covered by a guarantee).

1. Vogel's guarantees that if during the guarantee period of a product, faults arise due to defects in manufacturing and/or materials, it will, at its discretion, repair or if necessary replace the product, free of cost. A guarantee for normal wear and tear is hereby expressly excluded.
