Does the harness include a fuse?

Yes, the harness comes with an inline fuse. Remove it before installation and reinsert it once all connections are complete.

What if my vehicle does not have an ACC (accessory) wire?

If your vehicle lacks an ACC source, the harness will not have a red wire. The LPA will turn on via DC offset from the speaker outputs and will also provide a remote output.

Can I use this interface with an amplified OEM system?

No, this harness is designed to work only with OEM non-amplified systems.

How do I identify the ANC module vs the amplifier in my vehicle?

The amplifier is larger and black with three plugs. The ANC module is small and silver with two plugs.

Where is the amplifier/ANC located in a 2019+ RAM 1500?

The amplifier or ANC module is located under the driver dash.

Do I need to cut the harness for a mono amplifier installation?

No, for a mono amplifier installation, do not cut the harness. Connect the wires as shown in the example installation diagram.

What wire colors are used for the front right speaker?

Front right positive is gray and front right negative is gray/black.

How many channels does the LPA1.2 support?

Can I use the remote output to turn on multiple amplifiers?

Important Note: This harness is provided with a inline fuse installed. Please remove prior to install and reinsert once finished.

If your vehicle does not provide ACC source your harness will not have a "RED" wire to connect.

It will use DC Offset to turn on as well as trigger the "REM OUT" on the LPA. On LPA-E4 there will be a jumper that you can move based on your application.

This harness is designed to work on OEM NON-AMPLIFIED systems.

Connect the RED BUTT Connector to the aftermarket system turn on for your amplifiers.
