Attentions

• This appliance is intended for installation and operation in a vehicle with 12V vehicle system voltage.
• Do not operate the appliance for other purposes other than inflating car tires, motorbike or bicycle tires, balls and other low pressure inflatables.
• Do not operate appliance on high pressure inflatables such as truck and heavy machine tires.
• Use only the supplied accessories when operating the appliance.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended during operation.
• Do not over inflate.
• Do not operate the appliance for more than 30 minutes continuously. Appliance or tire may be damaged due to overheating.
• Keep the appliance away from children.
• Keep the appliance away from flammable areas or liquids.
• The appliance should be stored in dry and low humidity place.
• Do not operate the appliance during cleaning.
  • Dry all the components after cleaning.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If any of the following problem occur, please resort to Troubleshooting for the possible solutions. Consult Blaupunkt authorized dealer if problem persist.

Problems	Possible Causes	Solutions
Inflator does not start	Car ignition is off.	Turn on car ignition.
	Loose power plug connection.	Ensure 12V cig charger is firmly attached to the cig charger socket.
	Failure of power outlet fuse.	Ensure vehicle power outlet fuse is 15amp or higher.
Inflator is started but does not inflate	Incorrect or loose hose connections.	Ensure the hose connector is firmly screwed on the valve stem.
	Air leaking from tire or hose.	Ensure the tire inflator does not have leakage.Ensure air hose or tire does not have puncture.
Slow inflation	Inflator is overheating.	Do not operate inflator for more than 30 minutes.Allow approx. 15 minutes of cool down time in case of overheating.
	Insufficient voltage supply.	Ensure car battery is in good condition and not in low voltage.
Weak vacuum suction	Dust compartment is full.	Empty the dust compartment.
	Soft tube or Crevice Nozzle is blocked.	Remove the blockage.

1. Plug the 12V cig charger into the car cig charger socket.

1. Connect the inflator hose to the tire valve stem.

1. Press "II" to start the inflator and keep and eye on the pressure gauge.

1. Press "O" to stop operating the inflator when the desired pressure is achieved.

1. Plug the 12V power plug into the power socket.

1. Press "I" to start operating vacuum cleaner.

1. Cleaning Vacuum Cleaner

2. Turn off the vacuum switch and disconnect from the power source before cleaning the vacuum.

3. Press the opening dust compartment button, pull dust compartment gently to remove the filter from appliance.

- Clean the filter plate and make sure it is dried before installing. Install the filter plate back after cleaning.
