How do I assemble the blender?

No, the blender is not designed for hot liquids. Allow liquids to cool before blending to avoid pressure buildup.

How do I clean the blender?

Disassemble and rinse parts. Place jug, lid, and blades in dishwasher on top rack, or hand wash with warm soapy water. Wipe motor base with a damp cloth.

What is the maximum capacity?

The jug capacity is 1.5 L. Do not exceed the 'Max' line to avoid spillage.

Why is the blender not starting?

Check that the jug is properly locked onto the base and the lid is securely closed. Also ensure the power cord is plugged in.

Can I crush ice?

Yes, use the pulse function to crush ice. Add a small amount of water to help the process.

How do I use the pulse function?

Press and hold the pulse button for short bursts to achieve desired consistency. Release to stop.

What should I do if the blender leaks?

Ensure the lid is tight and the rubber gasket is in place. Check for cracks in the jug. If leaking persists, contact support.

Is the blender BPA-free?

Yes, all plastic parts are BPA-free.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

1. Read all instructions.
2. To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or any other liquid.
3. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
4. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
5. Unplug from outlet when not charging or when taking off parts and before cleaning.
6. DO NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Remove any packaging.
2. Read all instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.
3. Wash Blending Cup in warm soapy water.
4. Wipe the Lid and Motor Assembly using warm water and soft sponge or cloth. NOTE: Be careful as blades are sharp.
5. Do not fully immerse the Lid and Motor Assembly.

HOW TO USE

1. Using the magnetic USB cable provided, fully charge the blender. The Indicator Light will be red while charging. When the battery is fully charged, the Indicator Light will turn blue.
2. Prepare any fruits and vegetables by cutting them into 1cm cubes prior to blending.

3. Add fruits and/or vegetables and water or your preferred liquid to the blending cup. NOTE: The combined amount of food and liquid should not exceed the 300ml maximum capacity of the Blending Cup.

4. Screw the Lid and Motor Assembly onto the Blending Cup and double-click the On/Off button to begin blending. The Indicator Light will turn blue and flash 6 times to indicate that the Lid is in the correct position. NOTE: If the Indicator Light turns red and flashes six times, or if the blender does not start, ensure that the lid is correctly positioned and double-click the On/Off button.

5. Hold blender upside down during operation and shake gently to blend food and liquid. The blending cycle will stop automatically after 40 seconds.
6. Return to upright position and shake. If desired consistency is not achieved, repeat steps 1-5.
7. Once blending is complete, the blender's lid can be removed and the blending cup can be used to directly consumer your juice, smoothie, etc.

NOTE: Should you wish to stop the blending cycle at any time, press the On/Off button once.

CARE AND CLEANING

1. Clean the Blending Cup in warm soapy water. Use a soft sponge or cloth and soapy water to wipe down the Lid and Motor Assembly.
2. Thoroughly rinse Blending Cup and Lid and Motor Assembly. DO NOT immerse Lid and Motor Assembly in water.
3. Wipe dry all parts or allow to air dry before storing the blender. NOTE: Handle with care as the blades are sharp.
4. Ensure blender is clean and completely dry before storing in a dry, ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

Rapid Clean

Add water to the blending cup. Do not exceed 300ml. Double-click the On/Off button, turn the blender upside down and allow blender to complete one blending cycle.

Salton Appliances (1985) Corp. warrants that this appliance shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Salton Appliances (1985) Corp., at its sole discretion during this warranty period, will repair or replace a defective product or issue a refund. Any refund to the purchaser will be at a pro-rated value based on the remaining period of the warranty. All liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price. This warranty covers normal domestic usage and does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failure which results from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, glass breakage, neglect, improper maintenance, use contrary to the operating instructions or commercial use. This warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners.

This warranty does not include the cost of shipping, which is to be borne by the customer.
