How do I pair my phone with the speaker via Bluetooth?
Turn on the speaker. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and search for devices. Select 'NAXA NAS-3097' from the list. If prompted for a password, enter 0000. You will hear a tone when pairing is successful.
Why is there no sound coming from the speaker?
Check that the speaker is turned on and the source device (phone, tablet) is playing audio. Ensure volume is turned up on both the source device and the speaker. Also verify that the correct input mode is selected (Bluetooth, AUX, etc.).
How do I charge the speaker?
Use the included Micro USB cable. Connect the Micro USB end to the speaker's charge port (under the detachable casing) and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., wall charger or computer). The LED indicator will turn red during charging and turn off when fully charged. Do not charge for more than 6 hours.
Can I use the speaker while it is charging?
Yes, you can use the speaker while it is connected to a power source. However, charging may take longer if playing music at high volume.
How do I listen to FM radio?
Press the Mode button until you hear FM radio. Then press the Play button to auto-scan and store preset stations. Use the + and - buttons to cycle through presets. For better reception, connect the included FM cable to the Micro USB port or the AUX cable to the AUX port to serve as an antenna.
What should I do if the audio is distorted?
Distortion is often caused by a low battery. Charge the speaker fully and try again. Also ensure the source device's volume is not too high, which can cause clipping.
How do I switch between different input modes?
Press the Mode button to cycle through Bluetooth, USB/MicroSD, FM, and AUX modes. You can also press and hold the Mode button to switch inputs more quickly.
Why does the speaker automatically disconnect from Bluetooth?
This can happen if the speaker goes into power-saving mode when idle for a long time. Turn the speaker off and on again and reconnect. Also ensure the Bluetooth device is within range (26-33 ft).
How do I clean the speaker?
Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use any liquids or abrasive cleaners. Avoid getting moisture into any openings.
What does the LED light button do?
Pressing the LED Light button changes the pattern of the flashing lights on the speaker. There are multiple modes to choose from for visual effects while playing music.
