How do I pair the parent unit with the camera?

Press the PAIR button on the camera for 3 seconds until the LED blinks. On the parent unit, go to Menu > Add Camera and select the camera. The units will sync automatically within 30 seconds.

Why is the video signal weak or lost?

Check the distance between units (max 1000 ft open air). Avoid obstructions like thick walls or metal. Also ensure both units are powered on and not in low battery. Try moving the camera closer or re-pairing.

How can I improve the battery life of the parent unit?

Reduce screen brightness in Settings > Display. Lower the volume of the speaker. Also, enable Eco Mode which turns off the screen when no motion is detected. Fully charge the battery before first use.

Does the monitor work without Wi-Fi or internet?

Yes. The Crosby Delux uses a 2.4 GHz FHSS closed-loop system and does not require Wi-Fi. It is a private, encrypted connection between parent unit and camera.

Can I add a second camera?

Yes, the system supports up to 2 cameras. Purchase an additional Mio Crosby camera (sold separately) and pair it following the same procedure as the first camera. You can toggle between cameras on the parent unit.

How do I reset the parent unit to factory settings?

Press and hold the Menu button for 10 seconds. The screen will show 'Reset?' Press OK to confirm. The unit will reboot and all settings will be restored to default.

The night vision is not working. What should I do?

Ensure the camera is not placed near a reflective surface. Check that Night Vision Mode is set to Auto in the settings. If still not working, try covering the light sensor on the camera; the infrared LEDs should turn on automatically in low light.

How do I clean the camera and parent unit?

Unplug both units. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surfaces. Do not use any liquids, sprays, or abrasive cleaners. For the camera lens, use a lens cleaning cloth gently to avoid scratches.

What does the temperature alert do and how do I set it?

The temperature sensor monitors the baby's room. To set an alert, go to Menu > Temperature and set a high and low threshold. If the temperature goes outside the range, the parent unit will beep and display a warning.

Can I mount the camera on the wall?

Yes. The camera comes with a wall mount bracket and screws. Drill holes in the wall (use anchors for drywall), attach the bracket, then slide the camera onto the bracket until it clicks. Adjust the angle as needed.
