Frequently Asked Questions - QB6259W HUSQVARNA

How do I load paper into the printer?
Open the paper tray, adjust the guides to fit your paper size, insert the paper stack (maximum 250 sheets) with the printable side up, and close the tray. Ensure the guides are snug but not too tight.
How do I replace the toner cartridge?
Open the front cover, remove the old toner cartridge by lifting it out, unpack the new cartridge, shake it gently side to side, remove the protective tape, insert it into the printer until it clicks, and close the cover.
What should I do if the printer shows a paper jam?
Turn off the printer, open the paper tray and all access covers, gently pull out any jammed paper from the rollers, avoid tearing pieces, close all covers, and turn the printer back on. If the error persists, check the rear exit path.
How do I connect the printer to Wi-Fi?
Press the Menu button, go to Network Settings, select Wireless, choose your Wi-Fi network, enter the password using the keypad, and confirm. Alternatively, use the WPS button if supported.
Can I print from my smartphone?
Yes, download the Husqvarna Print app from your app store. Ensure your phone and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network. Open the app, select the document or photo, and tap print.
How do I clean the printer?
Turn off and unplug the printer. Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water to wipe the exterior. Do not use abrasive cleaners or liquids. For the interior, use a toner vacuum or gently wipe with a dry cloth. Avoid touching the transfer belt or roller.
What does the error code 'E-1' mean?
Error code 'E-1' indicates a paper jam. Follow the paper jam removal steps. If the jam is clear but the error persists, open and close the front cover to reset the sensor.
How do I perform a factory reset?
Go to Settings > Restore Defaults or Factory Reset. Confirm the action. Note that this will erase all custom settings, including Wi-Fi passwords.
Is the printer compatible with Windows 11?
Yes, the printer supports Windows 10 and 11, as well as macOS 10.13 and later. Download the latest driver from the Husqvarna support website for optimal performance.
How can I reduce toner usage?
Use the 'Economy' or 'Toner Save' mode in the printer settings. This reduces the amount of toner used per page. Also, consider printing multiple pages per sheet or using draft quality for internal documents.

1) This programme offers the most efficient use of water and energy consumption for crockery and cutlery with normal soil. This is the standard programme for test institutes.
2) The appliance senses the degree of soil and the quantity of items in the baskets. It automatically adjusts the temperature and quantity of water, energy consumption and programme duration.
3) This programme is suitable for washing a load with mixed soil. Place items with heavy soil in the lower basket and with normal soil in the upper basket. The pressure and temperature of the water in the lower basket are higher than in the upper basket.
4) This programme is designed to wash heavily soiled items with high water pressure and at a high temperature.
5) This programme is suitable for washing a load with normal soil.
6) This programme is suitable for washing a load or a half load with fresh or light soil in a short time.
7) This is the most silent programme. The pump works at a very low speed to reduce the noise generated by the appliance. Due to the low speed, the programme duration is long.
8) This programme is designed to clean the inside of the appliance effectively and efficiently. It removes limescale and grease buildup. The programme should be run at least once every 2 months with a descaler or a cleaning product designed for dishwashers and without any load.
