Laminated Tapes

Ideal for heavy industrial use, retail and office environments

Brother laminated tapes consist of six layers of materials, resulting in a thin, yet extremely strong label. Characters formed with thermal transfer ink are actually printed onto the underside of the laminate, sandwiched between two layers of PET (polyester film) creating characters that are virtually indestructible.

Brother's unique, patented TZ Tapes are designed to be extra hard wearing. Tests have shown that they can withstand heavy abrasion, electricity and lengthy exposure to chemicals, sunlight, water and extreme temperatures.

TZ Tapes share the same adhesive which meets the needs of all industrial environments. However, some industries may require additional strength and in this situation. Brother offers a stronger adhesive version of the laminated TZ Tape. Under tests, Strong Adhesive Tape demonstrates greater adhesion when stuck to varying materials.

Non-Laminated Tapes

For indoor and professional use

Still offering durability, non-laminated tapes are not suitable for exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures or severe conditions and have a limited resilience to water and abrasion.

Available in seven colour combinations, non-laminated tapes may offer a more economical option to meet your labelling requirements.

Suitable for educational environments, corporate offices and some indoor retail use.

Special Tapes

Variations of the TZ Tapes for specialist and alternative use

Fabric tape enables you to make labels that can be ironed directly onto garments. Iron-on tape allows the letters that are printed to be directly transferred onto fabric. Both tapes offer ideal identification solutions for uniforms and workware. TZ Security Tape leaves a checkerboard layer once peeled off, which is ideal for labelling valuables and company assets.
