Use a capping head only for beating the cream, making a biscuit dough or stirring the finished desserts. Install the nozzle in the engine block and secure it. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning, disconnect the product from the mains. Make sure the motor is fully stopped. To clean the engine block, use a slightly damp cloth, then wipe it dry. Wash all nozzles and containers with warm soapy water, then wipe dry with a clean towel. Do not soak the nozzles for long in the water. Do not use the dishwasher to clean the attachments. Do not use hard jaws, abrasive cleaners or solvents for cleaning.
STORAGE

Do not remove the nozzles during operation. In order not to damage the blades, do not process very hard foods such as cereals, rice, seasonings, coffee beans, ice, hard cheeses, frozen foods. If working with the nozzle is difficult, add a small amount of water. Before starting the grinding/mixing process, it is recommended to peel the fruit from the peel, remove inedible parts, bones, and cut the products in cubes about 1.5x1.5 cm in size. ATTENTION! Cutting blades are very sharp and are dangerous. Handle them with extreme caution! ATTENTION! Do not touch the rotating parts of the product. ATTENTION! For additional protection in the power circuit, it is advisable to install a residual current device with a rated operating current not exceeding 30 mA. To install the device, contact a specialist.
MINI-CHOPPER
ATTENTION! Install the chopper bowl on a dry, smooth and stable surface. The shredder is ideal for chopping greens, vegetables, cheese, most varieties of nuts, dried fruits. Large products, such as meat, soft cheeses, onions, carrots must be cut first. With nuts to remove the shell, the meat is separated from the bones and tendons. The shredder is not suitable for chipping ice, chopping very hard foods, such as coffee beans, nutmegs, cereals.
ATTENTION! The knife blade for grinding is very sharp! Hold on only the top plastic part! Place the chopping knife on the center pin of the bowl. Load the products into the bowl. Install the grinding head on the bowl until it locks. Insert the motor unit into the gearbox cover until it locks into place. Connect the product to the mains. To turn on the device, press and hold the "On" button. When you press and hold the "On" button, the product will operate at maximum speed. Release the product to turn it off. In the process of grinding with one hand, hold the motor unit, the other - the bowl for grinding. After use, first wait until the knives stop completely and disconnect the motor unit. Next, disconnect the gearbox from the bowl. Carefully remove the knife for grinding. Only after this, place the crushed products from the bowl.
