How do I charge the ME10 massage device?

Connect the included USB-C cable to the charging port on the bottom of the device and plug into a standard USB power adapter (5V, 1A). The LED indicator will turn red during charging and green when fully charged. Charging takes about 2 hours.

Can I use the device while it is charging?

No, for safety reasons, the device cannot be used while charging. Charge it fully before use.

How long does the battery last on a full charge?

Battery life depends on the speed setting. On the lowest speed, it can last up to 4 hours. On the highest speed, approximately 1.5 hours.

How do I change the massage heads?

Simply pull the current head straight off and snap a new one into place. Ensure it is securely attached before use.

Is the device waterproof?

It has an IPX5 rating, meaning it is splash resistant. Do not submerge in water. Clean with a damp cloth only.

Can I use the heat function continuously?

The heat function can be used in combination with massage. It will automatically shut off after 15 minutes as a safety feature. You can restart it if needed.

What should I do if the device stops working?

First, ensure it is charged. If it still doesn't work, check that the massage head is properly attached. If the problem persists, contact German Pool customer service.

How do I clean the device?

Remove the massage head and wipe both the device body and heads with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals. Let air dry completely before storing.

Can I use this device on my face?

It is intended for body massage only. Avoid using on the face, eyes, or other sensitive areas. Use on muscles, not on bones or joints.

Is the German Pool ME10 suitable for pain relief?

It can help relieve muscle tension and soreness. However, it is not a medical device. Consult a doctor if you have a medical condition or persistent pain.

使用前準備 PREPARATION

For safety purpose, you should read the instructions carefully before using the appliance for the first time. Save the instructions for future reference.

The appliance is designed for domestic use and may only be operated in accordance with these instructions for use.

• Persons who have had eye surgery or suffer from glaucoma, cataract, retinoschisis or other serious eye diseases should not use the massager.
  • Take off contact lenses, hairpins and hair accessories before using the massager.
• Do not wash the device with water. If cleaning is needed, wipe it with aseptic cotton dipped with alcohol.
• Hold the main unit and do not only hold the cable of the device.
• Do not disassemble the device by yourself.
• Since the cable is on the left side of the massager, you may feel slightly heavier on one side. This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect its function.
• Put on the eye massager before turning it on. This can prevent damaging the air bags.
• Do not use the device in an environment with high temperature or humidity.
• Avoid strong sunlight and corrosive gas.

• Do not walk outdoors or drive while operating the massager.

• Place the main unit gently and do not dip it into water.
• Use AA dry batteries or power adapter (separately purchased). Do not insert the batteries when using external power supply. Remove the batteries if you will not use the massager for a long time. This is to prevent malfunction caused by battery liquid leakage.
• Close your eyes when using the massager. Keep them closed for 1 – 3 minutes after removing the massager.

The eye massager functions through vibrating, kneading and heating. Adopting state-of-the-art microcomputer system and far infrared technology, it can improve blood circulation of eyes, help increase oxygen supply, adjust the function of ciliary muscle, relax the eyes and brain, promote metabolism and maintain healthy eyesight. The device also adopts different relaxing music, α brain wave music and soothing natural sounds to stimulate brain cell activities.

1. Slide up and open the battery compartment cover at the back of remote control.
2. Insert four AA batteries according to the polarity marks inside (Alkaline batteries are recommended).
3. Put on the battery cover.

Power Supply Inspection

• Inspect the power supply. Do not turn on the device if the power voltage exceeds the specified range.
• Inspect device and cable regularly. If any damage or breaking occurs, stop using the massager immediately and send it to our Repair Centre.

Maintenance

• Turn off the massager before cleaning the remote control.
• Keep the device at safe places and do not put any heavy objects on top of it.
  • Take measures to prevent dampness, mice and pollution.
• Do not disassemble the device by yourself in case of breakdown. Please contact our Repair Centre for repair.
