How to insert a memory card?

Make sure the device is off. Insert a microSD card (Class 10, up to 32 GB) into the slot with the gold contacts facing up until it clicks.

How to turn on the dashcam?

Press and hold the Power button for about 3 seconds until the display lights up. The device will start recording automatically if a memory card is inserted.

How to loop recording work?

The camera records in short clips (2/3/5 minutes). When the card is full, the oldest unlocked clip is overwritten automatically. Locked clips (e.g., by G-sensor) are protected.

How to enable parking mode?

Connect the camera to a constant power source (e.g., fuse box). Parking mode activates automatically when motion is detected while the vehicle is off.

How to view recorded videos?

Remove the microSD card and insert into a computer, or connect the camera via USB in mass storage mode. Videos are saved in the 'DCIM' folder.

Does the camera have night vision?

Yes, it has built-in IR LEDs that automatically activate in low light to provide clear black-and-white footage.

How to reset the camera?

Use a pin or paperclip to press the Reset hole located on the side or bottom for 5 seconds. This restores default settings.

Replacement Tailgate Handle with Camera

Removal and Installation Instructions

Tools Needed: 13mm wrench/13mm socket and ratchet

1. Start by lowering the tailgate. Stand and face the back end of the truck you will see three bolts, remove the two bolts that are side by side directly in front of you. Those bolts secure the tailgate handle to the tailgate.
2. Now close tailgate, carefully lift the factory tailgate handle out and away from the tailgate.
3. Now that the handle is out of the tailgate, you will have to swap the locking mechanism out of the old handle to the new one.
4. Route the backup camera's wires through the tailgate handle's opening and through the tailgate itself.

NOTE: Avoid pinch points and things that can damage wires and their functions.

1. Remove taillight and splice the red camera wire into the reverse light's 12v positive wire this will trigger the camera to turn on when vehicle is placed in reverse. Attach the black ground wire to a metal non-painted surface.
2. Wires can now be fully routed from the tailgate to the cab of the truck and to a video source. Red

wire goes to the rear camera input trigger wire on your video source, plug RCA to your video screen input

NOTE: Test to make sure video is working before securing new handle.

1. Carefully replace new tailgate handle in tailgate and secure the handle using the two bolts that were previously removed.

NOTE: If desired parking lines can be removed by attaching the green wires together.
