Frequently Asked Questions - F450 N'oveen

How do I clean the fan?
Unplug the fan, then use a damp cloth to wipe the grille and blades. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the fan in water. Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling.
Why is my fan wobbling?
Wobbling may occur if the fan is not on a flat surface, the blade assembly is loose, or the blades are misaligned. Check that the base is secure and tighten any loose screws. If wobbling persists, inspect the blades for damage.
How do I set the timer?
Press the timer button on the remote or control panel repeatedly to cycle through timer intervals (1h, 2h, 4h, 7.5h). The fan will automatically turn off after the set time.
The remote control is not working. What should I do?
First, check the batteries in the remote. Replace if low. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the fan's receiver. If still not working, try resetting the fan by unplugging it for 30 seconds.
Can I use the fan outdoors?
This fan is designed for indoor use only. Exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures may damage the electrical components and pose a safety risk.
How do I change the oscillation?
Press the oscillation button on the remote or control panel to start or stop the oscillating motion. The fan will automatically rotate left and right when oscillation is active.
What should I do if the fan stops suddenly?
If the fan stops during use, it may have activated the overheat protection. Unplug the fan, allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes, and ensure the vents are not blocked. Plug it back in and try again.
Are replacement blades available?
Yes, replacement blades for the F450 can be purchased from authorized dealers or online. Refer to the manual for part numbers and installation instructions.
How do I adjust the fan height?
Loosen the height adjustment collar by turning it counter-clockwise, then slide the pole to the desired height. Tighten the collar clockwise to secure.
What does the LED indicator mean?
A solid blue LED indicates the fan is powered on. A blinking LED may indicate the timer is set or a fault. Refer to the manual for specific error codes.

Assembly and operation

Assemble and connect the base with the assembly pipe and support pipe. Take out the base. Then assemble the pipe and cover for the mounting pipe and support pipe. Match four holes in the bottom of the support tube into the holes in the base and tighten the screws. Insert cover to the base next to the support tube and set the support tube on the appropriate height. Then tighten the external connector.

Installation of the fan blade

1) Mount the cover and cover ring.

Tighten the rear cover housing to the motor with a nut. (Pay attention to the rotation direction). Align the bezel ring connector down and cover the deep groove of the bezel ring to rear cover housing side ring. Then tighten the screws at the connection point with a nut.

When installing the fan blade, align the groove on the back of the fan blade with a distance pin of the motor output shaft. Then tighten fan blade anticlockwise with fixing nut.

3) Mount the front cover

Insert the circle of the front cover into the groove of the cover ring that has been attached to rear cover. Finally, attach the cover ring connector to the screw.
