Speed Ring Flash Bracket for QuikBox

INSTRUCTIONS

Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Impact Speed Ring Flash Bracket for Quikbox. This is a replacement bracket for the Impact Quikbox. This bracket can be used to mount an Impact Quikbox softbox to a flash in a variety of configurations. The bracket is adjustable vertically and features a universal shoe that is adjustable horizontally.

This bracket is compatible with nearly all standard flash units, including the Nikon SB-900 and SB-910. It can also be used to install a remote control receiver with the flash and the Quikbox.

For receivers that do not include a bottom shoe connector, the bracket shoe is removable to expose a male 1/4"-20 screw. There are also three plastic washers included in the shoe assembly to accommodate receivers of various sizes.

Instructions

To assemble the Speed Ring Flash Bracket, loosen Thumbscrew C. With the light stand mount (Thumbscrew A) below Thumbscrew C, align the flanges of the bracket with the guide controlled by Thumbscrew C and slide the bracket into the mounting apparatus. Adjust the height to the desired position and tighten Thumbscrew C.

Directions for mounting the Impact Quikbox to the Speed Ring Flash Bracket are included with the Quikbox.

To obtain warranty coverage, contact the Impact Customer Service Department to obtain a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number, and return the defective product to Impact along with the RMA number and proof of purchase. Shipment of the defective product is at the purchaser's own risk and expense.
