Basic safety precautions should be followed:

1. Read all instructions carefully.
2. Do not allow children to operate or play with the appliance.

Read these instructions carefully:

1. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface to ensure weight accuracy. Uneven floors may affect the reading.
2. The scale will automatically round up or down to the nearest 100g/0.2lb, if you weigh yourself twice and get two different readings then your weight lies between the two readings.
3. Do not allow the scale to become saturated with water as it can damage the unit.
4. The scale is a precision electronic product, do not drop or jump up and down on it.

Instructions for use

1. Place the scale on a hard flat surface, Avoid carpets or soft surface.

2. Gently step on the scale with your feet evenly placed and wait while the scale computes your weight.

3. Press the key at the bottom of the scale to change units in kg/lb/st.

4. When the scale is overweight (over 180kg/396lb/28.35st), the following will appear on the screen.

5. When the batteries need to replace, following will appear on the screen.

6. Please open the back board of the scales, then take the batteries out carefully from the battery compartment by following the diagram: Please push the metal sheet outwards and the battery will come out.

7. When you step off the scale, it will automatically switch off. (If no weighing is carried out while the zero is being displayed, the scales will automatically switch themselves off after approximately 7 seconds).

Caution: Slippery when wet

NOTE: Lithium Batteries are included (CR2032). Please remove the insulation sheet from the battery contact before using. Replace the batteries when the "Low Battery Indicator" shows.

Cleaning & Maintenance

1. Clean the scale with a damp cloth.
2. Do not use any chemical cleaning agents.
3. Remove the batteries if the scales will not be used for a long period of time.
