How do I connect my computer to the monitor?

Use a VGA, DVI-D, or HDMI cable to connect your computer's video output to the corresponding input on the monitor. For audio, connect the PC Stereo In jack if using VGA or DVI.

What should I do if the screen shows 'No Signal'?

Ensure the signal cable is securely connected to both the monitor and the computer. Check that the computer is powered on and the video card is properly seated. Press the SOURCE button to select the correct input.

How can I adjust the picture settings?

Press the MENU button on the remote or monitor to open the OSD. Use the arrow buttons to navigate, then adjust Brightness, Contrast, Color, and other settings. Press MENU again to exit.

Can I mount this monitor on a wall?

Yes. The monitor supports VESA 100x100 mm wall mounts. Use four M4x10 screws (not included) to attach the mount bracket. Ensure the wall can support the monitor's weight.

How do I use the remote control?

Insert batteries (not included) into the remote. Point it at the IR sensor on the monitor. Use the POWER button to turn on/off, SOURCE to select input, and other buttons for functions like VOL, MENU, PIP, etc.

What is PIP and how do I enable it?

PIP (Picture-in-Picture) shows a second video source in a small window. Press the PIP button on the remote, then use menu options to select source, size, and position. Compatible sources are listed in the manual.

How does the Trigger function work?

The Trigger function automatically displays a selected input when a trigger signal is received. Configure it in the OSD under Setup > Trigger. Options include trigger time, input source, and action (PIP or full screen).

What is Auto Switching?

Auto Switching cycles through selected inputs automatically after a set time (3-100 seconds). Enable it in Setup > Auto Switching and choose which inputs to include.

How do I lock the front buttons?

Enable Key Lock in the OSD under Setup. To unlock, press and hold the SOURCE/SELECT and MENU buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The remote will still work.

How should I clean the monitor?

Turn off the monitor and unplug it. Gently wipe the screen and cabinet with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any liquids, cleaners, or abrasive materials.

2. Assemble the Stand Base into the Stand Body in the correct direction using the included screws in the accessory box.

OSD Menu Description

All picture, sound settings and setup for the monitor can be adjusted in the OSD menu.

(On Screen Display)

To adjust the OSD screen:

1. Press the Menu button to enter the OSD menu.
2. Press the ▲/▼ buttons to select the desired option. The selected option is highlighted.
3. Press the ▶ button to enter the submenu for adjusting items.
4. Change the value you wish to adjust by using the ▲/▼ buttons.
5. Press the ◀ button to exit the submenu for adjusting items.
6. Press the Menu button to exit the OSD menu.

No image on display screen	1. Check that power cord of the Monitor have been connected securely into wall outlet or grounded extension cable or strip.2. Power switch should be in the ON position and LED is lit.3. Check that the Brightness and/or the Contrast adjustments of the Display have not been turned down to minimum levels.
“NO SIGNAL” message on screen	1. The signal cable should be completely connected to the video card/computer.2. The video card should be completely seated in its slot and the computer is switched ON.
Display image is not centered, too small or too large in PC mode	Push the down key in front side or Auto key in remote controller.
Vertical or Horizontal noise is present in the picture	Adjust Clock and Phase in the OSD.
