Turn on the car kit and enable Bluetooth on your phone. Search for ZZ-2 IC-SYM in the Bluetooth list and select it. If prompted, enter PIN 0000.

Why is the car kit not charging?

Check the cigarette lighter socket and ensure the adapter is fully inserted. Try a different USB cable if using that port. The LED should turn red during charging.

Can I stream music from my phone?

Yes, after pairing, play music on your phone. The audio will be transmitted via Bluetooth and output either through the FM transmitter or AUX cable.

How do I change the FM frequency?

Press the FM button on the device until the frequency starts flashing. Use the + and - buttons to select a clear frequency, then press the FM button again to set.

The sound quality is poor. What can I do?

First, ensure the FM frequency is not staticy. Try a different frequency. Also check that your phone's volume is high enough. If using AUX, ensure the cable is securely connected.

How do I reset the device?

Use a paperclip to press the reset hole located on the side of the device. This will clear all pairings and restore factory settings.

Can I use this with multiple phones?

The car kit can remember up to two paired phones. To connect a second phone, pair it normally; the device will automatically connect to the last used phone first.

AUDI Dash Disassembly

Using plastic tools, carefully remove the dash surrounding the screen. Disconnect the hazard button.

Remove (4x) Torx screws securing the screen to the sub-dash. Connect the provided LCD harness to the screen and screen cable.

Remove the HVAC controls using plastic tools. Connect the T-Harness to the HVAC main power harness.

Once installation is complete and all dip-switches are set properly and camera is powered and connected, reverse image should display automatically while in reverse (unless manual transmission – in this case, power Orange trigger wire with reverse gear).

- DIP SWITCHES affect resolution (screen size), CAN type (vehicle type) and OE vs aftermarket camera.
