The appliance is intended for domestic use only and should not be used for commercial purposes. It is not suitable for outdoor use (unless designed specifically for that). Keep it away from heat sources, direct sunlight, moisture (never immerse it in any liquid), and sharp objects. Do not use the appliance with wet hands, and if it becomes damp or wet, unplug it immediately.

How to use the machine
- Before first use, wash all accessories with clean water, rinse thoroughly, and dry them.
- Place the machine on a flat, clean, and dry surface. Press the release button (2) and at the same time lift the mixer head with your other hand so that it locks into place with a click.
- Weigh out the ingredients and place them into the mixing bowl (4). Attach the mixing bowl to the machine by turning it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
- Install the required attachment (5), (6) or (7). Only one can be used at a time on the attachment shaft (1). Align the slots and push the accessory until it clicks into place.
- Fit the bowl lid onto the mixing end of the machine as shown.
- Press the release button and push the mixer head down until it locks into the horizontal position.
- Plug the machine into the power outlet and switch on the power.
- Turn the speed control knob (3) to the desired speed to start mixing.
- Once the dough reaches the desired consistency, turn the speed control knob (3) back to the 0 position to stop mixing.
- Press the release button (2) and lift the mixer head. Turn the mixing bowl counterclockwise to remove it and retrieve the dough.
- Always switch off the machine and unplug it before changing accessories.

Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning the Body
- Do not immerse the machine in water or spray water directly on it to prevent water from entering the body, which could cause short circuits, electric shock, or rust.
- Avoid using a dripping wet towel to clean the machine.
- Do not use corrosive, acidic, or alkaline cleaners such as detergent, vinegar, or salt, as they may damage the machine's surface.
- Do not use sharp or abrasive tools like wire brushes to clean the accessories, as this could damage their surface.
Cleaning the Accessories
- Do not place cast aluminium parts in the dishwasher or clean them with corrosive, acidic, or alkaline products. Only the bowl and whisk are dishwasher safe.
- Avoid soaking accessories in detergent, salt water, or vinegar for extended periods. Clean them promptly after use.
- After cleaning, dry all accessories thoroughly, especially internal parts.
Special Cleaning
- The rotating output shaft may accumulate black residue due to friction during operation. Clean this area after each use and keep it dry.
- Be cautious of sharp blades and edges on related accessories.
When not in use, cover the machine with a protective bag and store it in a dry environment, out of direct sunlight.
