USER MANUAL AU624 AURORA
Thank you for choosing this stainless steel cookware TM Aurora. Please read through this instruction guide carefully before use. It provides important usage information and maintenance methods in caring for your cookware to ensure optimum safety.
BEFORE FIRST USING
Remove stickers and stickers from the dishes. To do this, moisten them with warm water and clean without using metal objects. Before first use, rinse the dishes with hot water using a sponge for delicate products with the addition of non-abrasive detergents, and then immediately wipe the dishes dry.
ATTENTION!
To prevent damage to plastic components and maintain proper appearance, you must:
- During cooking on the electric stove, you need to use a burner with a diameter smaller than or equal to the diameter of the bottom of the cookware.
- During cooking on a gas cooker, make sure that the flames heat up only the heat distribution bottom of the cookware without getting on the walls.
Do not pour hot or cold water into the pan at once, firstly warm the dishes with warm water. Do not put a hot pan, which you removed from the plate, on a cold, wet stand. A sudden change in temperature can cause deformation of the dishes. Also, a residual release of steam and hot water may occur, that can cause burns. Do not throw salt into cold water when using stainless steel cookware while cooking. The water must be boiling. Make sure that the dishwasher knobs do not come into contact with the heated surfaces. Do not heat empty utensils - this can lead to discoloration of the cookware.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS
Watch for the correct placement of cookware on the stove. Do not touch the surface of the cookware during cooking and immediately after it. In order to avoid burns, use kitchen mitts or potholders. Do not lift the lid without the need during cooking. Keep children away during the operations with cookware.
A natural change in the color of the metal is possible:
- Gilded or blue shade occurs as a result of overheating of dishes.
- A dark or gray shade occurs as a result of the cooking or storage of certain products (tomatoes, lemon, vegetables, pickles).
Any change in the color of the metal is inherent of stainless steel cookware and does not affect either the functional properties of the dishes or the quality of prepared food.
The use of abrasive detergents can damage the cookware.
NORMAL CLEANING
After each use of the cookware you should wait until it cools down. Then wash the dishes with a sponge or a cloth moistened with a detergent. Pour out the water and dry the dishes well. In case of burning food, pour a small amount of water into the dishes. Boil the water, turn off the cooker and allow the dishes to cool for 20 minutes without opening the lid. Then rinse the dishes in the usual way. Rinse the dishes with water and wipe dry. White precipitate from hard water and scale can be removed by boiling in a container of water with citric acid. All traces of fat and burnt milk from the outer surface of the dishes must be removed before the next use. Do not use tools containing chlorine and ammonia to clean stainless steel utensils.
- Rainbow coloring of the bottom appears because of overheating of the dishes. This color does not affect the properties of the dishes, and can be eliminated with vinegar, citric acid or a special remedy for stainless steel utensils.
- White spots may appear inside the cookware in length of time. They appear due to the presence of minerals in the water and do not affect the properties of the dishes. These stains are eliminated by means for washing dishes made of stainless steel.
