Thank you for your choice of Speco Technologies' PSR4C 4 Amp Regulated 12V DC power supply with cigarette lighter adapter. This unit is designed and manufactured to provide an economical solution for converting your 12V powered appliances to 110-120V.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Insert the AC plug of the PSR4C into a 110-120V AC outlet.
2) Connect your 12V powered equipment (i.e., CB, Car stereo, etc.) to the + and - terminals, observing the correct polarity.
3) Set the on/off switch of the power supply, and then your 12V appliance, to the "on" position. If your equipment does not appear to be getting power, please turn off the power supply and confirm your polarity and connections.
4) When the PSR4C is not in use, please move the on/off switch to the "off" position, and take the AC plug out of the 110/120V outlet.
5) If used improperly, and an overload occurs, the power indicator on the front panel will automatically turn off. In that event, please unplug from the AC outlet and secure a qualified technician to examine the auto-reset circuit breaker and fuse to see if that could remedy the problem.
