Safety

  • The mains lead should be checked regularly. Never use the device if the mains lead or plug is damaged.
  • The charging station should be placed on a flat surface.
  • Never place the charging station where it might be knocked into the wash basin/bath.
  • Never place the charging station close to sources of high temperature such as cookers or fireplaces.
  • This ladyshaver is designed for use with 230 V mains electricity.
    • Always unplug the charging station from the wall socket when it is not in use.
  • This ladyshaver must not be used by anyone (including children) suffering from physical or mental impairment. This ladyshaver should not be used by anyone that has not read the instruction manual unless they have been instructed in its use by someone who will take responsibility for their safety.

Charging

The ladyshaver can only be charged using the charging station and cannot be connected directly to the wall socket. The ladyshaver should be charged for about 8 hours before using it for the first time, or if it hasn't been used for a while. A fully charged battery should last for approx. 30 minutes shaving.

  1. Make sure that the ladyshaver is switched off (on/off switch (5) set to 0) and then insert it into the charging station. The ladyshaver will not charge if the on/off switch is set to 1.
  2. When the charging station is connected to a wall socket the red indicator lamp (9) will come on. When the ladyshaver is inserted into the charging station and starts charging, the green indicator lamp will come on.
  3. Charge the ladyshaver for at least 8 hours but no more than 10 hours. Charging must be stopped manually by disconnecting the ladyshaver from the wall socket. Do not leave the adaptor plugged in permanently.

Use

  1. Set the on/off switch to position 1.
  2. Pass the ladyshaver slowly over your skin, applying a gentle pressure.
  3. For best results, shave against the direction of growth.

Care and maintenance

- Make sure the ladyshaver is switched off before cleaning it.

- Make sure that the power lead is disconnected from the wall socket before cleaning the charging station.

- Clean the charging station using a lightly moistened cloth. Never clean the ladyshaver using solvents or abrasive cleaning agents.

After every use

  1. Press in both locking buttons (4) and remove the cutter head (2).
  2. Rinse everything in warm water for a few minutes. The provided brush can also be used to remove hair cuttings.
  3. Assemble the parts again. A click can be heard when they are inserted correctly. Note! The cutter head will only fit one way.
