Important Safeguards
When using this electrical appliance, the following basic safety precautions should always be followed:
- Read all instructions before use. Save these instructions.
- The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing. To prevent fire or shock hazard, DO NOT expose this appliance to rain or moisture.
- To protect against fire, electric shock or personal injury, do not immerse the cord, plug and power base in water or other liquids.
- Use this appliance with the supplied base only.
- If the supply cord or any part is damaged, cease use of this appliance immediately to avoid a hazard.
- Do not hang the power cord over the edge of table or allow the cord or the user to touch the external part of the enclosure after or during operation.
- Place the appliance on the firm and flat surface to prevent the unit from overturning and keep it out of reach of children, to prevent damage or injury. Do not place it on the heated surface or near a hot gas or electric burner or oven.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. The appliance is not a toy.
- This product is only used for frothing and heating milk. Do not attempt to heat any other liquids. Do not use the appliance for other intended use.

- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

- The use of any accessories or attachments that are not recommended may result in fire, electric shock, personal injury or damage to this appliance or the customer's property.
- Unplug the appliance when it is not in use and before cleaning. Allow the appliance to cool before assembly or dis-assembly and before cleaning.
- Press the buttons gently when you are ready to operate the appliance. Always operate the appliance with the lid in place.
- Do not overfill. By exceeding the filling capacity the jug may overflow. Never operate the appliance without milk. This will result in damage to the appliance.
- Warmed milk can cause serious burns. Take care when handling or moving the milk container when it contains warm milk. Always take care to pour warmed milk slowly and carefully without tipping the appliance too fast.
- Be aware - Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during the brewing cycles.
- A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of tripping or entanglement.
- Avoid contacting moving parts to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the appliance.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must replaced by the manufacturer or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. Be aware - Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during the brewing cycles.
Before Using
- Ensure the above safety precautions are read and understood.
- Carefully unwind the power cord and remove all the packaging materials attached to your appliance.
- This appliance must be earthed. Only connect it to a suitable earthed AC 220-240V\~50Hz mains socket.
- Before using the appliance, clean the parts according to the "CARE AND CLEANING" section.
- The appliance is supplied with a mixing paddle and a frothing paddle. The mixing paddle is used for mixing milk during heating to prevent from sticking. The frothing paddle is used for frothing milk.

Changing the paddle
The paddles are small and are easy to interchange. Just hold the ring at the top of the paddle to lift it up. Do not apply any force to the base of the paddle. Failing to take appropriate care will damage the appliance.

Place the appliance on a flat surface.

Open the lid, select the frothing paddle and insert it onto the shaft inside the milk container.

Fill the milk container with the desired amount of milk up to 150ml, and then replace the lid and ensure it is properly closed.
Caution: The maximum milk quantity permitted is 150ml. To avoid milk overflowing while frothing, DO NOT fill the

milk over the maximum level . Overfilling the milk frother may result in electric shock, personal injury or damage to this appliance or property.

Place the milk container on the power base and connect the plug into a power outlet.
-
Press the Frothing & Heating button, the indicator will light red and the appliance starts to work. The appliance switches off automatically when the temperature of milk reaches 60 ± 10^ . The heating element stops heating and the frothing paddle stops rotating. The indicator light turn off.

Note: Do not open the lid while operating. During operation, you can stop operating by pressing the Frothing & Heating button. The indicator light turn off.

When the appliance has stopped operating, you can lift the milk container from the Power base, and then open the lid and pour out the warmed and frothed milk.
Caution:
- Warmed milk can cause serious burns. Take care when pouring the milk from the milk container as warmed milk may result in scalding.
- Switch the unit off for at least 3 minutes to allow it to cool down before resuming use.
- The milk container may be stored on the power base when it is not in use. But make sure the power cord is unplugged.
Note: Always disconnect the power supply when it is not in use.
II. Frothing milk (Cool)

Place the appliance on a flat surface.

Open the lid, select frothing paddle and insert it onto the shaft of milk container.

Fill the milk container with the desired amount of milk up to 150ml, and then replace the lid and ensure it is properly closed.
Caution: The maximum milk quantity permitted is 150ml. To avoid milk overflowing while frothing, DO NOT fill the

milk over the maximum level. Overfilling the milk frother may result in electric shock, personal injury or damage to this appliance or property.

Place the milk container on the power base and connect the plug into a power outlet.

Pressing the Frothing button, the indicator lights blue. The Frothing paddle begins to rotate. The appliance switches off automatically after 120s±10s. The mixing paddle stops rotating and the indicator light turn off.
Note: Do not open the lid while operating. During operation, you can stop operating by pressing the Frothing button. The indicator light turn off.
- When the appliance has stopped operating, you can lift the milk container by its handle from the Power base, and then open the lid and pour out the milk.
Caution: Switch the unit off for at least 3 minutes to allow it to cool down before resuming use.
- The milk container may be stored on the power base when it is not in use. But make sure the power cord is unplugged. Note: Always disconnect the power supply when it is not in use.
III. Heating milk

Place the appliance on a flat surface.

Open the lid, select mixing paddle and insert it onto the shaft of the milk container.

Fill the milk container with the desired amount of milk up to 250ml, and then replace the lid and ensure it is properly closed.
Caution: The maximum milk quantity permitted is 250ml. To avoid milk overflowing while heating and mixing, DO NOT fill the milk over the maximum level

. Overfilling the milk frother may result in electric shock, personal injury or damage to this appliance or property.

Place the milk container on the power base and connect the plug into a power outlet.

Care Instructions
To avoid the possibility of overheating and damage to the product, please avoid operating this appliance for excessive periods of time.
Note:
- When assembling, dismantling the paddle or cleaning, always ensure that the appliance is not connected to the mains power supply. Always disconnect it from power supply if it is left unattended.
- Error status: If the indicator light turn off, it means overheated. Please unplug the unit, pour the allow the appliance to cool about 5 minutes before using again.
Hints And Tips
• Here are some handy hints to help you get the best out of milk frother.
- Always use your frother first to froth or heat your milk. While it is operating, prepare your coffee or hot chocolate and serve immediately.
- Use whole milk (fat content >3.0%) for best results.
- Cold milk can be frothed with this frother. The frother operates at room temperature in this condition and will not cool the milk.
- Milk heats to approximately 60. This is the ideal temperature to ensure the flavor of your coffee is not impaired and so you don't have to wait too long until you can start sipping on your drink.
- Keep the paddles in a safe place, it is recommended when the paddle is not in use it is better to be stored inside the Lid, they are small and can easily be lost.
- After frothing or heating, allow 3 minutes for the thermostat to reset and the frother to be ready for use again. To shorten this time, rinse with water and wipe dry after each use.
- The milk frother is designed to heat and froth milk. It is not recommended to use or add flavoring, coffee granules or chocolate powder into the frother. These should be added or mixed in a separate cup, glass or mug after the milk is heated or frothed.
Cleaning
- Always unplug the appliance from wall outlet and let the appliance completely cool down before cleaning.
- CAUTION: Never immerse power cord, milk container and power base in water, or allow moisture to contact with these parts.
- Clean the outside of the milk container with a soft, damp cloth moistened with warm water and some mild cleaning agent. Never use a poisonous or abrasive cleaning material.
- Wash the lid with water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Remove the mixing paddle or frothing paddle, and wash them completely in warm water.
- Wash the inner of the milk container with a combination of a mild detergent and water and then wipe clean with a soft damp cloth. Never use sharp cleaning agents, hard nylon brush or metal brush to avoid scratches on the stainless steel surface! Never clean with metal objects and never use abrasives. CLEAN AFTER EACH USE.
- Warning: Do not wash any parts in the dishwasher. Never immerse the milk container in water. This may permanently damage the product.
- Dangerous high voltages are present inside this enclosure. To avoid electric shock, DO NOT attempt to dismantle the appliance or power base. Refer servicing to qualified personnel only.
NOTE: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean the appliance.
