How long does it take to get hot and cold water after first installation?

After connecting to power and filling with tap water, hot water is ready in approximately 30 minutes (77°C–87°C), and cold water is ready in approximately 60 minutes (3°C–7°C).

What type of filter does the Elba EWP-F3612U(WH) use?

It uses a 4-stage U/F (Ultra Filtration) system: 1st Sediment filter, 2nd Pre-carbon filter, 3rd U/F membrane filter, and 4th Post-carbon block filter. It removes sediments, chlorine, bacteria, and improves taste.

How often should I change the filters?

Filter lifespan varies depending on water quality, temperature, and pressure. It is recommended to replace filters every 6 to 12 months or when water flow decreases noticeably. Always use only with tap water, not underground water.

What should I do if no water comes out from the hot or cold tap?

First, check that the power plug is connected to the socket and the fuse is not blown. Ensure the hot water switch at the rear is turned ON. If still no water, wait for the water to reach temperature or check water supply connection.

Why is the cold water not cold enough?

Possible causes: The cold water thermostat may be set too low (adjust it), excessive use of cold water (wait for it to chill), or insufficient ventilation around the unit (keep at least 15 cm from the wall). Also check the cold water baffle inside the tank is connected tightly.

Can I use the water purifier with well or underground water?

No. The filters are designed for tap water only. Using underground water may damage the filters and void the warranty.

How do I clean the water purifier?

Always unplug the unit before cleaning. Use a damp cloth with mild cleaner. Do not use detergents, chemicals, steel wool, or abrasive cleaners. Dry completely before reconnecting to power.

What is the maximum inlet water pressure?

INSTALLATION

• Turn off main water valve before installation.
- Connect adaptor to the cold water pipe(only).
- Connect inlet tube to the adaptor.
- Open main water valve and drain water from hot/cold water faucet of the unit.
- Connect power plug to the socket and turn on the hot water switch in the rear.
• After electricity is applied, it takes about 30 minutes for hot water and 60 minutes for cold water to serve.
- Please drain all water in the unit if you will not use for long period.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Hot and Cold water neither available	Power disconnected from the socket.	Check if power plug is connected to the socket.

Cold water not available	Cold water thermostat is in the range of low.	Adjust cold water thermostat.

	The ventilation around unit is insufficient.	Keep unit apart from the wall by at least 15cm.
	The cold water baffle inside the water tank has been separated.	Connect and ensure the cold water baffle is connected tightly
Hot water not available	Excessive use of hot water.	Wait until the hot water has heated enough.
	The hot water switch is in the “OFF” position.	Turn the hot water switch on.
Noise	Unit is not level.	Install the unit on a flat and levelled.
Water leakage	Connecting hose has loosen.	Check if hoses and fittings are connected correctly.
