Cleaning & Maintenance / 清洗和保养

  1. Unplug the cord from the electrical outlet and allow the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning. 每次清洁前,应拔掉电源,并待机器完全冷却。
  2. Immediately after the bread is removed from the bread barrel, fill the bread barrel half full with warm water and a small amount of dish soap. Allow the bread barrel to soak for 5 to 20 minutes or until the stirrer can be lifted off of the shaft. You may need to twist the stirrer slightly to loosen it. If the stirrer is difficult to remove after soaking, secure the cross bar on the underside of the bread barrel while twisting the stirrer to loosen. Wash the inside of the bread barrel and stirrer with a soft cloth, rinse and dry. Use a mild detergent. Never use chemical cleaning agents, oven cleaners, abrasive scouring pads, or cleansers on the bread barrel or stirrer as damage to the coating or finishing can occur. Replace the stirrer on the shaft.
  1. Never immerse the bread barrel in water or wash in an automatic dishwasher as damage to the bearing that turns the stirrer can occur. Wipe the inside of the baking chamber and the outside surfaces of the bread maker with a damp cloth if necessary. Note:

The coating on the inside of bread barrel may change colour over time, this is normal and does not affect the bread. 注意:

Before using the appliance for the first time, please spread a layer of oil, select "Bake & Heat" function and bake for 10 minutes. Some smoke may appear but this is normal. After 10 minutes, stop baking, unplug the plug and clean it after it gets cool, then the breadmaker is ready for next use.

  1. For Rapid Knead Dough, Ferment Dough, Yogurt and Bake and Heat:

Keep warm function will automatically turn on for menu function number 1-8 (soft bread, sweet bread, french bread, Graham bread, rapid bread, sugar-free bread, multigrain bread and buttered toast). For menus without keep warm function, the display will always turn on without flickering. The machine will emit cooking completion sound and LCD will indicate completion of cooking once cooking operation is completed. Bread is ready to serve.

Alert sound when cooking is completed.

Every time when cooking is completed, the LCD will display "0:00", and the buzzer will emit "di, di, di, di...," alert sound which means cooking is completed.

Functions (Number 1 - 8) have feeding beep alert function, feeding can be done accordingly during cooking operation by referring to the alert sound. The alert reminding time will be different according to the different function chosen. Do refer to the recipe's instructions.

PRE-SET Function

  1. Pre-set function is available for Soft Bread, Sweet Bread, French Bread, Graham Bread, Sugar-Free
    Bread, Multigrain Bread, Buttered Toast, Rapid Knead Dough dan Ferment Dough.

  2. The longest delay time is 15 hours and could be adjusted by intervals of 30 minutes.

  3. Pre-set function is suitable for ingredients preparation at night and complete cooking in the morning, etc: Get the ingredients ready at 19:00, set the delay time for 13 hours, then the cooking will be completed at 8:00 in the next morning.

Keep Warm Function

保温功能

  1. Keep warm time is 1 hour. After 1 hour, the LCD display turn from 0:00 to always on, which means the cooking is completed and keep warm function will discontinue.

Non-bread making function Number 9 - 14 such as Soft Cake, Rapid Knead Dough, Ferment Dough, Delicious Jam, Bake and Heat, Yogurt do not have keep warm function. & will directly alert ("di,di,di,di" sound) when cooking is completed with LCD displaying 0:00 always turn on.

  1. If the power failure happened during operation, for a short period of time, the machine can automatically restore function to work. This may happen when power was accidentally turned off, change of cooking location and during power outage for a short period of time.
  1. After paused, press 'Start / Stop' to continue cooking.
  1. Press and hold 'Start / Stop' for 2 seconds to cancel task while the breadmaker is operating and return to standby mode.

  1. Press 'Function' button. This will display function number 'C-X' for 2 seconds while cooking.

High and low temperature protection function.

  1. Growth of yeast or lactic acid bacteria requires suitable temperature. The breadmaker is set to ensure the cooking temperature is not too high or too low to ensure the growth of yeast is not affected for a successful cooking session.
  1. Soft Bread, Sweet Bread, French Bread, Graham Bread, Rapid Bread, Sugar-Free Bread, Multigrain Bread, Buttered Toast, Yogurt, Rapid Knead Dough and Ferment Dough have high and low temperature protection function.
  1. When the detected temperature is too high, the alarm will automatically appear as "C:HH" simply press the 'Start / Stop' to stop the alert sound, re-select when the temperature has lowered. 当检测到的温度过高时,会自动警报显示为“C:HH”,此时只需按“启动/取消”键退出警报,当温度降低后重新选择即可。

  2. When the detected temperature is too low, an alarm will be automatically displayed as "C:LL", simply press the 'Start / Stop' to stop the alert sound, select bake function then reselect. 当检测到的温度过低时,会自动警报显示为“C:LL”,此时只需按下“启动/取消”键退出警报,使用烘烤功能烘烤一会后重新选择即可。

Note:

If the bread is not consumed at one time, it should be stored in a refrigerator after being cooled in air tight containers.

When baking Soft bread, Sweet bread, French bread, Graham Bread, and Rapid Bread (Number 1 to 5), it goes into warm-up function first. When the appliance start to work, the Work Light comes 'ON' and the LCD displays the running time in 'Hours' and 'Minutes'. This will help the flour to ferment fully and bake more delicious bread. After 30 minutes of warming-up, the machine will start mixing the ingredients.

Ensure the scale line is at eye level during ingredients measurement. 看刻度线时眼睛要平视。

The measuring cup mentioned in the recipe is 250ml, small tsp is 5ml, a tsp is 15ml, a cup of high-gluten flour weighs 165g, 1 small tsp dry yeast weighs 3.3g, 1 small tsp salt weighs 6.6g, a tsp powdered milk weighs 6.5g, a tsp oil weighs 11g, a tsp sugar weighs 13g, an egg weighs 50g - 60g.
