The product should be used with caution by the following groups/ under the following circumstances
For those who are under the treatment at medical institutions or under some of the following conditions, please consult a doctor or a physical therapist for advice before use.

• People suffering from malignant tumors, people diagnosed with heart diseases, pregnant women or puerperae

The product is not allowed to be used by the following groups/ under the following circumstances
People who are prohibited from doing exercises or stretching exercise as advised by their doctors
For example, people who suffer from thrombosis, severe aneurysm, acute venous aneurysm, all kinds of dermatitis, and all kinds of skin infections, are prohibited from using this product, as these diseases can easily result in deterioration.
- People who are unable to express their will or who cannot operate the machine themselves to use the product.
- Children are not allowed to use the product. Keep children away from it when using it. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Please stop using immediately when you feel lower back pain, dizziness, vomiting, palpitation and other abnormal body reactions during use.
- This product is set for 15-minute timing at a time. Do not use it for no more than 15 minutes each time. After each use, stop the device for 30 minutes to ensure the extension of its service life.
- Do not use the product under the following circumstances:
- When you are severely tired
- Within one hour before and after meals
- When you are drunk
Precautions for Use
The appliance has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when using the appliance. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.
This appliance contains batteries that are replaceable only by skilled persons. It must be supplied only at safety extra-low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance. Charge the device with a 5V == 1A adapter (purchased by yourself). Check whether the product is intact before use. If any damage is found, regardless of its extent, stop using the product immediately. Remove dust from the charger on a regular basis. Accumulated dust on the plug is likely to cause poor insulation due to humidity, and eventually lead to fire. Before use, check whether the power button and the charging cable are in normal working condition. If you cannot use it or feel abnormal, stop using it immediately and unplug the USB charging cable. When the product is not in use, the USB charging cable must be unplugged. Do not load or ballast the USB charging cable or cause damage to it. Do not stand on the device or use the device as a toy to avoid accidents. Do not disassemble, modify, or repair the product by yourself, nor unzip the product by yourself. Do not use the device when your body is wet, otherwise it is easy to get an electric shock. Do not remove the cover at the time of use of the device, for it is easy to cause an accident. Do not pull the product with force, nor stab it with a knife or a sharp object.
Precautions for the Operation Place
Do not use the product near a stove, or inside an electric heating quilt, or on an electric blanket and similar heating appliances, which is easy to cause fire or failure. Do not cover the product with a towel or cloth at the time of use. Do not use the product near a bathtub, shower, or washbasin that has water in it or near other high humidity vessels.
Precautions for Maintenance
Be sure to unplug the USB charging cable during maintenance. Be sure to unplug the USB charging cable if the product is not used for a long time. Do not drop the main unit, its remote control, or the charger. Do not strike it strongly. Do not exert great force on the product on purpose. Do not use it for two people at the same time. Do not pour water on the product. Do not use the product in places with room temperature above 35°C or in places with direct sunlight. Do not use the product in a bathroom or in places with high humidity. Be sure to confirm whether the switch is normal in advance before it is used again if it has not been used for a long time. Do not use volatile oil, thinner, alcohol, strong alkaline detergent, bleach, or other cleaning agents for maintenance. The product is equipped with a simple shockproof facility and is suitable for air, railway, road, and ship transportation. Keep away from rain and snow splashing, inversion, and collision during transportation.
Keep out of reach of children. Make the device cool down before storing. Check the device for any sign of wear or damage on a regular basis. If there is such sign, or if such device has been misused, it should be returned to the supplier before reuse. If the product is not in use for a long time, make it clean first and then properly pack and store it. It is recommended to charge it once every 1 month.
2 Product Features
This product simulates hand massage through the 3D massage nodes. Combined with hot compress function, it can relieve the stiff and sore neck muscles. It is suitable for different people for neck massage and care.

4 How to Use
Precautions before use:
- Check if the device and its accessories are complete.
- Remove the pendants and accessories during use, so as to avoid affecting the massage part.
- Wrap the neck massager around your neck (or other parts that need to be massaged) and fix it with the lock catch.
Operation
- Power Function Button
① Press and hold the power function button for 2 seconds to start the device (voice: "Massage on"), then the device will enter the soothing mode by default with hot compress function on. The Mild Mode begins to work, and the indicator turns orange. ② Press the power function button to turn off the hot compress function (voice: "Turn off heating"), and the indicator lamp turns blue; Press the button again to turn on hot compress function (voice: "Turn on heating"), and the indicator lamp turns orange. Circle in this way. ③ Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the device (voice: "Massage off").
- Mode Button
Press the mode button to switch to the Energizing Mode (voice: "Energizing Mode"). Press the button again to switch to the Kneading Mode (voice: "Kneading Mode"). Circle in this way.
Relaxing Mode: The massage nodes on both sides rotate in opposite directions, and the directions are automatically switched at an interval of 1 minute; Massage with hot compress and Mild Mode;
Energizing Mode: The massage nodes on both sides rotate in opposite directions, and the directions are automatically switched at an interval of 15 seconds. Massage with hot compress and Powerful Mode.
Kneading Mode: The massage heads on both sides rotate in opposite directions, and the directions are automatically switched at an interval of 30 seconds. Massage with hot compress and Powerful Mode.
- Intensity Button
Press the intensity button to switch between Mild Mode (voice: "Mild Mode") and Powerful Mode (voice: "Powerful Mode") in turn. Press and hold the intensity button for 2 seconds to pause the massage (voice: "Stop massage"). Press this button again for 2 seconds to start the massage (voice: "Turn on massager").
- Warm compress: heating (42°C±3°C)
- Charging indicator: The blue breathing lamp flashes when charging, and the blue lamp remains on when the device is fully charged.
- Reminder of low power capacity: If the voltage is lower than 3.3V, the blue lamp will flash quickly and then shut off.
- The product is set for a 15-minute massage.
- Do not start the device when it is charging.
- The product enters standby mode after shut off.

5 Maintenance
Cleaning
- Remove the dust from the cloth cover of the product with a vacuum cleaner rather than by patting.
- Wipe off the dirt on the surface with a clean rag.
- For heavy dirt, dampen a rag with neutral detergent and then gently wipe it. Prevent water from entering the product. Let it air dry.
- Do not place it in direct sunlight or in areas with high humidity after use. If the product is not used for a long time, remove the dirt first, and then cover it properly with a cloth to avoid dust.
- Disposal: To protect the environment, do not discard it randomly. Please dispose of each part according to their respective disposal methods.
- During maintenance, the USB charging cable must be unplugged, but do not use a wet hand to unplug the cable.
Disposal
The lithium-ion battery used in this product is a valuable resource that can be recycled. When the battery is used up and the product is discarded, take out the lithium-ion battery and hand it over to a professional institution that can recycle rechargeable batteries for disposal.
Use an appropriate tool to pry open the metal parts of the bottom shell, and then pick up the electronic board assembly to take out the battery pack inside it (The battery cannot be replaced by users arbitrarily):
Steps to remove the battery:
- Unzip on the bottom.

- Take the cloth cover apart and take out the battery box.

- Remove the top cover and take out the battery.

Precautions for Battery:
- Be sure to remove the battery from the device before disposal;
- The product must be powered off before removing the battery;
- The battery must be disposed of in a safe manner.
