Precautions for Use

The appliance has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when using the appliance.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.
This appliance contains batteries that are only replaceable by skilled persons.
Must be only supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.

Precautions for Maintenance

! Be sure to unplug the adapter from the domestic power socket before cleaning. Store the product in a cool and dry place away from the sunlight.
Do not clean the product with a steel wool, abrasive cleaner or corrosive liquid (such as gasoline or acetone).
! Please properly dispose of the packaging bag of the product and keep it away from the infants.
Do not disassemble or modify the product by yourself, immerse the product (controller) in water or toss it into the ☒re, otherwise the product is likely to be damaged.
Keep the product out of reach of children and infants. Do not allow them to touch, operate or play with this product, otherwise it is likely to lead to burns, electric shocks or personal injuries.
Do not damage, modify, bend or pull the power cord with force. Do not place heavy objects on the power cord or squeeze the power cord.

Clean the product before packaging and storing if it is not to be for a long time. It is recommended to charge it every other month.
Only the adapter with the output parameter of 12.8V=1.8A can be used to charge the product.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.

2 Product Features

This product can massage neck and shoulder while sitting or standing. It can promote the blood circulation and relieve the muscle soreness and discomfort by imitating hand thumping in combination with its warm compress function. Multiple massage modes and thumping strengths are available for choice.

4 How to Use

Precautions Before Use:

1. Check whether the device and its accessories are complete.

2. Remove the pendants and accessories during use so as to avoid affecting the massage part.

3. If you have long hair, please tie up your hair before using the product.

Operation

1. Press and hold the power button to start the device. The default mode is Mode 1 and Slow Mode. Press the power button again to shut down.

2. In the power-on state, press the mode button to switch the massage modes (Mode 1 / Mode 2 / Mode 3) circularly. During adjustment, each mode will display its corresponding indicator color: Mode 1 (the green indicator is on, the massage nodes are kneading inward); Mode 2 (the red indicator is on, the massage nodes are kneading outward); Mode 3 (the yellow indicator is on, the massage nodes are kneading in both ways).

3. In the power-on state, press the speed control button to switch the rotation speed ("Low" mode / "High" mode) circularly.

4. In the power-on state, press the hot compress button to turn on/off the heating function.

5. The default massage time of the product is 15 minutes. It is set to shut down automatically after 15 minutes of operation.

Charging

1. Use the charging adapter to connect this product and the power socket.
2. The indicator lamp on the massage nodes ✉ashes blue when charging.
3. The blue charging indicator remains on when the product is fully charged.
4. Unplug the charging adapter from the power socket and remove the plug from the product when charging is complete.

5 Maintenance

Cleaning

1. Maintenance of control panel: The control panel with the touch-control function should be properly protected. Please wipe it with a soft cloth when cleaning.
2. Maintenance of the fabric area: The fabric area should not be washed. Sterilize the fabric and remove the sweat stains with alcohol or wipe it with a clean wet towel for cleaning and maintenance.

Do not clean the product with a steel wool, abrasive cleaner or corrosive liquid (such as gasoline or acetone).
During maintenance, be sure to unplug the power cord, but do not unplug the cord with wet hands.

Disposal

The lithium-ion battery used in this product is a resource that can be recycled. Take out the lithium-ion battery when it is used up and discarded, and then hand it over to a professional institution that can recycle the rechargeable batteries for disposal.

Steps to remove the battery:

1. Pry open the upper and lower covers of the battery holder from the side
2. Unscrew the screws on the circuit board and take out the circuit board
3. Shear off the battery connecting wire and wrap its fracture with the insulating tape

It is prohibited to replace the battery by users themselves;
Be sure to remove the battery from the device before disposal;
The product must be powered off before removing the battery;
The battery must be disposed of in a safe manner.

7 Troubleshooting

This chapter lists the most common problems to the product. If the problems you encounter are not included in the following tables, please call our service hotline or contact the authorized service center in your region.

Fault Description	Possible Cause	Solution
Product does not work	Low battery	Charge the product.
	The product has just☒nished a 15-minute massage and automatically stops.	Press the power button again if you want to massage again.
	You have used the product continuously for up to 40 minutes, triggering the overheat protection system. The power supply of the product is cut off.	The product must be cooled down for 60 minutes before using it again.
	The load placed on the product is too heavy.	Remove the excess weight and restart the product.
Abnormal heating of the product	You have continuously used this product for a long time	Turn it off and leave it cooled
There is sound coming from the product	This sound is caused by the mechanical structure of the product	This sound is normal, and does not mean that the product is faulty

If the product has been left unused for a long time, be sure to con × rm that its functions are normal before using it again
Regular check	Check for the following faults
