Please read these instructions carefully before attempting to install, operate or service the KDK Ventilating Fan. Failure to comply with instructions could result in personal injury and/or property damage. Please retain this booklet for future reference.

Do not install this product in places with high temperature.

Before assembling the adaptor, please peel off this tape first.

② Build a wooden frame horizontally from the wooden keel. Note that the distance between the top of the fan body and the ceiling should be at least 20mm.

Fan Body Installation (with anchor bolts)

① Secure the suspension bracket FY-KB021 (optional accessory) with screws.

Fan Body Installation (Install the adaptor assembly first)

① First remove the hexagon screw attaching the adaptor assembly to the fan body.

② As showing in the figure, remove the adaptor assembly and peel off the caution label and adhesive tape from the adaptor assembly.

Power Cord Connection

Make sure all connections are fastened firmly after wiring is finished.

It is required to use terminal (not included) that complies IEC 60998.

① When the power is turned on, check for malfunctions as follow:

Does the fan rotate correctly?

Does the fan rotate anti-clockwise?

Is there any abnormal sound or vibration?

② Insert the mounting spring into the slots and mount the louver to the fan body. (Please wear gloves during installation.)
