Yes, the heat function is designed to warm up to a safe temperature of approximately 113°F (45°C). However, avoid prolonged use on one area and do not use on broken or irritated skin. If you experience discomfort, reduce intensity or stop.

How do I clean the massager?

Unplug the device and remove the massage heads. Wipe the body and heads with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse any part in water. Allow to air dry completely before storing.

Can I use the massager on any part of my body?

The device is designed for external use on muscles and soft tissues. Avoid using on bones, joints, the head, or sensitive areas like the eyes and throat. Do not use on areas with blood clots, fractures, or open wounds.

Why does the massager turn off automatically?

Important Information

This product cannot be used under any of the following circumstances without the prior consent of your doctor.

The appliance has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when using the appliance.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.

This appliance contains batteries that are only replaceable by skilled persons. Must be only supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.

- The occurrence of pregnancy, diabetic complications (e.g. neuropathy or retinal damage), pacemaker wearing, recent surgery, epilepsy or migraine, disc herniation, anterior vertebra, vertebrae detachment, or ankyloses of vertebra, recent arthroplasty surgery or IUD, Kirschner wire or steel plate and other health-related issues. These contraindications do not mean that you are not allowed to use the Product. It is recommended to consult your doctor before use.

The underway research is about the impact of the vibration training on specific medical diseases. This stands a good chance to reduce various contraindications mentioned above. The practice proves that under many circumstances, the incorporation of vibration training into a therapeutic regimen is also a form of therapy, but it must be done at the suggestion or in the company of a doctor, expert or physical therapist.

The product is not allowed to be used by the following groups/under the following circumstances

• It is forbidden for minors to use the product. If injured, it is not allowed to use it. Please consult your doctor before using it in case of muscle injury.
• Do not use the device on non-dry and non-clean skin surface. You can use this product with clothes on. Gently press and move it on the skin for about 60 seconds per area.
• Do not use the device on the part above the neck and with less muscle coverage. It is forbidden to use it on the bones. Under the circumstance of not causing pain or discomfort, only use the device on the soft tissues of the body.

Do not use the device on the occurrence of bruising, pain or discomfort.

• Do not place any object in the vent of the device.
• Do not immerse the device in water, or let water get into the vent of the device.
• Do not put the device into the fire or place it near the fire source. Do not drop the device intentionally.
• Do not charge the device with a charger with a voltage exceeding 9V.
• Disassembly of the device in any way is prohibited.

Do not place your fingers, hair or other body parts near the shaft or back of the massage head due to the risk of being clamped.

It is forbidden for people who are unable to express their will or who cannot operate the machine themselves to use this Product.

Children are not allowed to use the product. Keep children away from it when using it.

• Please stop immediately when you feel lower back pain, dizziness, vomiting, palpitation and other abnormal body reactions during use.
• This product is set for 10-minute timing at a time. Do not use it for no more than 20 minutes each time. After each use, stop the device for 30 minutes to ensure the extension of its service life.
• Do not use the product under the following circumstances:
• When you are severely tired
• Within one hour before and after meals
• When you are drunk

Precautions for Use

Keep away from liquid or heat source.

Precautions for Maintenance

Be sure to disconnect the power supply before maintenance.
Do not drop the main unit and its charging base. Do not strike it strongly.
Do not pour water on the product.
Do not use the product in a bathroom or in places with high humidity.
Be sure to confirm whether the switch is normal in advance before it is used again if it has not been used for a long time.
Do not use volatile oil, thinner, alcohol, strong alkaline detergent, bleach or other cleaning agents for maintenance.
The product is equipped with a simple shockproof facility, and is suitable for air, railway, road and ship transportation. Keep away from rain and snow splashing, inversion and collision during the transportation.
Keep out of reach of the children.
Make the device cool down before storing.
Check the device for any sign of wear or damage on a regular basis. If there is such sign, or if the device has been misused, contact the supplier for maintenance before reuse.

2 Product Features

This product is available for relaxing the tense muscles and releasing the post-exercise soreness and fatigue by massaging the soft tissues of the body with high frequency. A variety of massage heads can be combined to massage muscles all over the body. Equipped with a portable storage bag, it is easy to carry out.

4 How to Use

Preparations Before Use

1. Check if the device and its accessories are complete.
2. Remove the pendants and decorations during use, so as to avoid affecting the massage part.
3. Install the massage head in place.

Installation

According to the message demand, insert the appropriate massage head into the front round hole of main unit, and then press it firmly to the end, as shown in the figure below, indicating that it is installed in place.

Operation

1. Start the device. Press and hold the operation button for 1 second to start the device, then the device will enter Level 0 by default. Press the button once to increase one level, with the maximum of 5 levels. When it goes to Level 5, press the button to enter Level 0 again, and repeat in this way.
2. Press and hold the operation button to switch off the device at any level.
3. The device will automatically switch off after 10 continuous use for 10 minutes. Restart the device for use again.
4. The massage head is suspended after being blocked. This is to protect the device against abnormal operation. Press the button to restart the device.

Charging

1. Before the first use, charge the device for 4 hours until it is fully charged.
2. When charging, use the TYPE-C charging cable provided in the accessories, and connect the end of USB to the SV2A output port of the charger;
3. The LED lamp on the device flashes regularly to display the battery remaining capacity, and indicating that it is being charged;
4. The battery can be charged at any time and at any power level. Do not start and use the device when charging;
5. The battery needs to be charged when it is exhausted to less than 5% (the power indicator flashes red).
6. The fully-charged device can be operated for about average 2-3 hours, depending on the working level and strength.

6 Maintenance

1. Clean the surface of the device with a slightly wet towel and then dry it with a soft cloth.

2. Put the device in the appropriate portable bag for storing or traveling.

3. Store the device in a dry and well-ventilated place without corrosive gas.

4. Clean and pack the device if it is not used for a long time. It is recommended to charge it every 1 month.
5. This product is suitable for transportation by car, train, ship and airplane. During transportation, the product shall be fixed to against violent vibration, collision, tumbling and falling, and shall be placed upward and be handled with care and rain proof.
6. In order to protect the environment, do not discard it at random. Please discard each part according to their disposal methods.

During maintenance, the power cord must be unplugged, but do not unplug it with wet hands.

Disposal

The lithium-ion battery used in this product is a valuable resource that can be recycled. Take out the lithium-ion battery when it is used up and discarded, and then hand it over to a professional institution that can recycle the rechargeable batteries for disposal.

Battery removal:

Pry open the bottom of main unit, and then remove the battery from the device (The battery cannot be replaced by users arbitrarily):

• The battery must be taken out from the product before the device is discarded;
• The product must be powered off when the battery is removed;
• The battery shall be disposed of in a safe manner.

7 Troubleshooting

This chapter lists the most common problems to the product. If the problems you encounter are not included in the following tables, please call our service hotline or contact the authorized service center in your region.

Massage head is blocked and stops running	This is the function setting of protection against abnormal operation. The device is switched from operation to standby mode, which is normal. Press the button to restart the device.
Reasonable use of the product can effectively prolong its service life. It is recommended that:1. Do not toss or drop the device during use.2. Do not use the device continuously for more than 30 minutes. Keep it away from the humid environment when using or storing it.3. If it is left unused for a long time, please charge it once every 1 month.

If the product has been left unused for a long time, be sure to confirm that its functions are normal before using it again
