2. Press 'START/STOP' to start countdown.
3. The time can be paused and restarted by pressing 'START/STOP'.
4. The alarm beeps when time is up, silence the timer by pressing the 'START/STOP' button. The alarm will reset to the last programmed time.
5. Press 'MIN' and 'SEC' together to reset the time to 00:00.
6. To count up: When the display is at 00:00 press 'START/STOP' to begin timing.

NOTE:

A plastic strip is used to prevent battery drain during shipping. Pull gently to remove before use. There is also a cling over the digital display, remove before use.
