2.1PowerOn/Off

Toturnonthedevice, pressandholdthe' ▶ 'keyfor2seconds. Toshut down, holdthe' ▶ 'keyforawhile, thedisplayshows 'Shutdown' and thenshutdownimmediately.

2.2 Basicfunctions

2.2.1 VolumeControl

Press the 'V+' key to increase the volume or press the 'V-' key to decrease the volume.

2.2.2 Play/Pause/Stop

Whenpoweredon, theplayerenterstheMUSICmode, which is defaulted by the device. Toplaymusic, pressthe 'key shortly. Pressthe key during playback, themusic pauses. To resume, pressit again. Press and hold the 'key for about 0.5 second, themusic stops.

2.2.3 FastForward/Next

During playback, pressthe' ▼'keyandholdit. The playback begins to fastforward. Releasethekey, themusicplaysnormally. Pressthe' keyoncetoplaythenextsong.

2.2.4 Rewind/Previous

During playback, pressthe' ▲'keyandholdit. The playback begins to rewind. Releasethekey, themusicplaysnormally. Pressthe' ▲'keyonce to play the previous song.

2.2.5A-BRepeat

During playback, pressthe 'A-B'-button to select the start point of the loop. Pressthe 'A-B'-button again to select the endpoint. LCD displays 'A-B', and these section between the start point and the endpoint begins to be played repeatedly. Tocancel A-B repeat, pressthe 'A-B'-button.

Note: The interval between 'A' and 'B' should be more than 2 seconds.

2.2.6LockKeys

Tolockkeysagainstaccidentallybeingpressed, pushthe 'HOLD'-switch tothelockedposition. Allkeysremainunavailablethen. Tounlockthe keys, pushthe 'HOLD'-switchtotheunlockedposition.

Tip: Whenthekeysarelocked, you are unable to turn on the device. So ensure to unlock the keys before turning on the player.

2.3MenuMode

Thisdeviceprovidesmenumodestocontrolsomeadvancedfeatures. To enterthemainmenu, pressthe 'M'key.Pressthe ' ▲'or '▼'keyto switchbetweenthemenuitems, and confirmselecteditembypassing the '▶'keyy.Toreturntothepreviousmenulevelyoucanpressthe 'M' key.Orletitreturnautomaticallybydoingnothingtothemenuwithin 5seconds.

2.3.1 VoiceRecording

Toenterthemainmenu, press the 'M' key. Press the 'or' 'key to switch to the 'Voice' item. Confirm selected item by pressing the 'key. Now you are in the VOICE mode. Tostart voicere cording, press the 'A-B' key until 'Rec' flashes on the LCD. The actual record time is displayed. The available record time depends on the memory capacity of the MP3 player.

Toendrecording, pressthe 'A-B'-keyslightly. Therecordedfileissaved infolderVOICE.Nowyoucanpressthe' ▶'keytoplaythevoicefile thatyoujustrecorded.

Toplaythevoicesfilethatalreadystoredintheplayer,enterthemain menubypressingthe 'M'key.Pressthe' ▲'or' ▼'keytoswitchtothe 'Voice'item.Pressthe' ▲'or' ▼'keytochoosethevoicefilethatyou wanttoplay,andpressthe' ▶||'keytoplaytheselectedfile.Topause duringplayback,press' ▶||';Toresume,pressitagain.Holdthe' ▶||'keyforabout0.5secondsandtheplaybackstops.

Tip: If there is no voice file stored in the player, it displays "NoAudio file".

2.3.2 FMRADIOMode

Toenterthemainmenu, pressthe 'M'key. Pressthe ' ▲'or ' ▼'keyto switchtothe 'FMRadio' item. Confirmselecteditembypassingthe '▶||'key.

2.3.2.1 Auto-Search Broadcasting Station

InFMRADIOmode, pressthe 'M' keytoenterthemainmenu. Choose 'Scan Station' and press the 'M' key to start station searching. 'Scan' showsonthescreen. It will search the frequencies from low (87.5MHz) to

high(108MHz)andshowthebroadcastingstationandrelatedfrequency inorder. Thestationswillbesavedautomatically.

2.3.2.2 Search Broadcasting Station manually

Whenyouarelisteningtotheradio, press the ' ▲' or '▼' keytoadjustthe frequencymanually. The frequencyincreasesordecreasesby0.1MHz eachtimeyoupressthekeyonce.

2.3.2.3 Save Broadcasting Station

InFMRADIOmode, switch the frequency bypassing the 'key and choosethestation that you want to save. Press the 'M' keyto choose 'SaveStation' menu and press it againto confirm, Press the 'or' keyto choose allocation for the station, and then press the 'keyto confirm. While saved at the other locations, it replace the original one that is stored at the same location. You can cancel saving by pressing the 'M' key. Remark: Upto20 stations can be saved.

2.3.2.4 Delete broadcasting station

InFMRadiomode, switchthestationbypassingthe' ▶▼'keyandchoosethestationthatyouwanttodelete.Pressthe 'M'keytoenterthemain menuandselect 'DelStation'.Pressthe 'M'keytoconfirm.Press the' ▶▼'keytoconfirmdeletion.Youcanquitdeletionbypassingthe 'M'key.

Shortlypressthe 'A-B' keywhilelisteningtotheradio, 'REC' flashes ontheLCD. Youcanstarttorecordnow. ThefilenameisF00X.WAV. Therecordtimeisalsodisplayed. Pressthe 'A-B' keyslightlytostop recording, therecordedfileissavedinfolderFM. YoucanusetheHOLD switchtolockattherecordmode, hereanykeydoesnotwork. To playarecordedfileswitchtotheMUSICmode.
