Wie schließe ich den EQ 700 richtig an?

Schließen Sie die Stromversorgung (12 V DC, negative Masse) an. Verbinden Sie die Eingänge (AUX oder DVD) mit der Quelle und die Ausgänge (Front, Rear, Subwoofer) mit den Verstärkern. Achten Sie auf die Sicherheitshinweise: Batterie abklemmen, Kabelquerschnitt ≥ 2,5 mm².

Warum habe ich keinen Ton?

Mögliche Ursachen: Stromkabel nicht angeschlossen, Lautsprecherkabel defekt oder Remote-Kabel funktioniert nicht. Überprüfen Sie alle Verbindungen und reparieren oder ersetzen Sie defekte Kabel.

Die Equalizer-Einstellungen zeigen keine Wirkung.

Überprüfen Sie, ob Ein- und Ausgänge korrekt angeschlossen sind. Vertauschte Anschlüsse verhindern die Equalizer-Funktion.

Die Lautsprecher verzerren.

Der Equalizer ist möglicherweise übersteuert. Reduzieren Sie die Equalizer-Pegel, senken Sie die Lautstärke der Quelle oder den Subwoofer-Pegel.

Welche Stromversorgung wird benötigt?

Das Gerät benötigt 11-15 V DC mit negativer Masse. Verwenden Sie ein Kabel mit mindestens 2,5 mm² Querschnitt bei längeren Leitungen.

Kann ich den EQ 700 an eine Autobatterie anschließen?

Ja, schließen Sie das Gerät an die 12-V-Bordspannung an. Achten Sie auf korrekte Polarität und sichere Masseverbindung.

Wie reinige ich das Gerät?

INTRODUCTION

Proper system planning is vital in order to maximize the device's performance and road safety. Plan your installation carefully to avoid compromising performance reliability of the system. Consult an authorized Blaupunkt delaler for installation or reparation. Read the manual carefult before operating the device for the first time.

Safety Notes

Ensure to follow below safety notes during installation and wiring connection: -

• Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. Refer to the safety notes of the vehicle manufacturer.
• Ensure positions of the holes are nowhere near the vehicle component to avoid any damage during drilling.
• Ensure cross section of the cable is no less than 2.5mm^2 if the positive and negative cables are too long.
• Incorrect installation may result in malfunction of the device or the car sound system.

Installation and Connection Instructions

• Select a dry and well-ventilated location to install the device.
• The device must not be installed in overly exposed location such on therear shelf, rear seat etc.
• The installation location must be suitable for screw holes and have stable ground support.

INSTALLATION

1. Select an ideal installation location to mount the product unit under the dashboard.
2. Drill 4 holes with 4.2mm diameter. Fix the mounting brackets under the dash or in the rear of the car with 4pcs of 4x14mm tapping screws. Be careful when drilling to avoid damaging existing wiring under the dashboard.
3. Mount the unit to the mounting bracket with 4pcs of 3x10mm machine screw.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If any of the following problem occur, please resort to Troubleshooting for the possible solutions. Consult Blaupunkt authorized dealer if problem persist.
