キャノン製品のお買い上げありがとうございます。
- バッテリーパック LP-E19 は、従来製品のバッテリーパック LP-E4N/LP-E4 から電池容量の向上を図った製品です。
- バッテリーパック LP-E19 は、バッテリーパック LP-E4N/LP-E4 を電源に使用するカメラでも使用できます。
- LP-E19 を充電するときは、バッテリーチャージャー LC-E19 をお使いください。バッテリーチャージャー LC-E4N/LC-E4 で LP-E19 を充電することはできません。
- 購入時、電池はフル充電されていません。充電してからお使いください。
- 電池を単体で保管するときは、端子のショートを防止するため、必ず付属の保護カバーを取り付けてください。
- 電池を廃却するときは、接点にテープを貼るなどして絶縁してください。他の金属と接触すると、発火、破裂の原因となることがあります。
- カメラ使用説明書に記載している『電池と充電器の上手な使い方』もあわせてお読みください。
バッテリーパック LP-E19 はキャノン製品専用です。指定外の充電器、および製品と組み合わせて使用した場合の故障、事故に関しては一切保証できません。

- 電池が漏液したときは、液が目に入らないよう注意する。
液が目に入ると、失明するおそれがあります。すぐにきれいな水で目を洗った後、直ちに医師の治療を受けてください。
● 発煙、焦げ臭いなどの異常状態のまま使用しない。
発熱、火傷、感電、火災の原因となります。
火傷をしないよう、十分注意しながら電池をカメラから取り外し、お買い上げになった販売店、または修理お問合せ専用窓口にご連絡ください。

● 高温の場所（直射日光のあたる場所や車のトランク、ダッシュボードなど）で使用・保管しない。

E Instructions
Thank you for purchasing a Canon product.
- Battery Pack LP-E19 offers a higher capacity than previous models (Battery Pack LP-E4N/LP-E4).
- Battery Pack LP-E19 is also compatible with cameras that use Battery Pack LP-E4N/LP-E4.
- To charge the Battery Pack LP-E19, use the Battery Charger LC-E19. Battery Pack LP-E19 cannot be charged with Battery Charger LC-E4N/LC-E4.
- This battery is not fully recharged upon factory shipment. Recharge it before using.
- When storing the battery, be sure to attach the provided protective cover to prevent short-circuit of the electrical contacts.
- Before you discard the batteries, cover the terminals with tape or other insulators. Contacting other metal materials may lead to fire or explosions.
- Also read "Tips for Using the Battery and Charger" in the camera's instruction manual.

Safety Precautions
The following precautions are provided to prevent harm or injury to yourself and others. Make sure to thoroughly understand and follow these precautions before using the product.

- Do not place the battery in open flame, heat it, or disassemble it.
- Never short-circuit the terminal on the battery. The battery may leak,
generate excessive heat or explode, causing fire, burns, or injuries - Always charge the battery at a temperature between 5°C/41°F and 40°C/104°F.
- Never charge the battery with a charger other than the Canon Battery Charger LC-E19.
- Do not solder battery contacts.
- Do not subject the battery to strong physical shock or throw it. The battery may leak, generate excessive heat or explode, causing burns or injuries.
- Do not store the battery in the camera for an extended period of time. The battery may leak, causing device malfunctions, corrosion, or fire.
- Do not get the battery wet with water or sea water. The battery may emit excessive heat, causing burns.
- Do not place the battery in dusty or humid places. This is to prevent excessive heat, electrical shock, and fire.
- If the battery leaks, prevent any battery leakage from contacting your eyes. The battery leakage may cause blindness if it gets in your eyes. If battery leakage comes in contact with your eyes, immediately rinse your eyes with clean water and see a physician.
- Do not use the battery if it emits smoke or fumes. This could result in heat, burns, electrical shock, or fire. While taking care not to get burned, remove the battery from the camera and contact your dealer or nearest Canon Service Center.
Cautions: Follow the cautions below. Otherwise, physical injury or property damage may result.
- Do not use or store the battery in high-temperature location (exposed to direct sunlight, in a vehicle trunk, or on a vehicle dashboard). The battery may leak, generate excessive heat or explode, causing burns or injuries. It may also degrade the performance or shorten the life of the battery.
- If the battery leaks, be careful that battery leakage does not get on your skin or clothes. The battery leakage can cause skin damage if it comes into contact with the skin. If battery leakage gets on your skin, wash it completely off with clean water immediately.
- Do not leave the product in a low-temperature environment for an extended period of time. The product will become cold and cause an injury when it is touched.
