Before using your chocolate fondue set for the first time, wash the melting pot and forks in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe down the base with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
USING YOUR CHOCOLATE FONDUE SET
Insert the melting pot into the base unit. Plug the chocolate fondue set into the mains power supply, turn the temperature dial and the indicator light will illuminate to show that it is heating up.
Turn the temperature dial to position 1 (approximately 60°C) for white or milk chocolate and position 2 (approximately 85°C) for dark or plain chocolate. Heating up takes
approximately 8-10 minutes.
Place the chocolate to be melted into the pot, adding approximately 50g of chocolate at a time, until the maximum amount of 250g is reached.
