Wie starte ich ein Waschprogramm?

Wählen Sie das gewünschte Programm über den Programmwahlschalter, stellen Sie die Temperatur und Schleuderdrehzahl ein, geben Sie Waschmittel hinzu und drücken Sie die Starttaste. Die Maschine startet automatisch.

Was bedeutet die Fehlermeldung 'E10'?

Der Fehler E10 weist auf ein Problem mit der Wasserzufuhr hin. Überprüfen Sie, ob der Wasserhahn geöffnet ist und der Zulaufschlauch nicht geknickt ist.

Wie reinige ich das Flusensieb?

Entfernen Sie das Flusensieb (meist unten links), reinigen Sie es unter fließendem Wasser und setzen Sie es wieder ein. Dies regelmäßig durchführen, um Verstopfungen zu vermeiden.

Die Maschine schleudert nicht richtig. Was kann ich tun?

Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Trommel nicht überladen ist und die Maschine waagerecht steht. Überprüfen Sie auch, ob der Flusensieb sauber ist.

Welche Waschmittel sind geeignet?

Verwenden Sie pulver- oder flüssigwaschmittel für Frontlader. Beachten Sie die Dosierempfehlungen auf der Verpackung.

Kann ich die Tür während des Betriebs öffnen?

Nein, die Tür ist während des Betriebs verriegelt. Warten Sie, bis das Programm beendet ist oder unterbrechen Sie es (Pause), falls verfügbar.

Wie behebe ich eine Verstopfung im Ablauf?

Schalten Sie die Maschine aus, ziehen Sie den Stecker, reinigen Sie das Flusensieb und überprüfen Sie den Ablaufschlauch auf Knicke.

Warum riecht die Waschmaschine muffig?

Führen Sie einen Heißwaschgang (60°C oder höher) mit einem leeren Gerät und etwas Reiniger durch. Lüften Sie die Tür nach jedem Waschgang.

Wie wechsel ich den Zulaufschlauch?

Wenden Sie sich an den Kundendienst. Der Austausch des Zulaufschlauchs sollte von einem Fachmann durchgeführt werden, um Undichtigkeiten zu vermeiden.

Prewash cycle increases programme duration by approximately 20 min. Consumption values were measured in normalized conditions in compliance with standard IEC/EN 60 456. Consumption data in the home may vary with respect to the values in the table in relation to the water supply pressure and temperature, the load and the type of wash.
To reduce the water temperature, some cold water is added at the end of the main wash cycle, before the pump drains the water

PREPARATION OF THE WASH CYCLE

1. Load the machine, close the drum doors and check that they are properly locked.
2. Add detergent and additives into the dispenser to no more than the "MAX" level mark, as follows:
   • Programme with pre and main wash | |
   • Main wash programme without prewash
   • Fabric softeners and conditioners
   • Stain remover agents
   • Anti-scale agents (if necessary)
3. Close the lid.
4. Turn the programme selector to the desired programme and temperature. The lamp next to the "Start/Pause" button flashes.

SELECT THE DESIRED OPTION(S)

Selecting or deselecting an option can be done at any time during the programme. The option will be applied as long as the corresponding programme phase has not been executed yet.

"Intensive rinse" button

• The amount of water is increased to ensure a more intensive rinse.
• This option is particularly suitable for areas with very soft water, washing baby linen and people with skin allergies.
  "No spin" button
  • Especially for delicate garments to avoid wear and tear caused by the spin.

Note: with the "Cotton" and "Synthetics" programmes, a short spin cycle is provided in any case, even if the "No spin" option has been selected, in order to optimize rinsing results.

PROGRAMME START

Open the tap and press the "Start/Pause" button. The indication lamp next to the "Start/Pause" button lights up. The programme sequence indicator shows the current programme phase, running from left to right through Wash, Rinse, Spin/Drain. When the programme phrase is finised, the corresponding indication goes out.

- Note: If there is a power interruption or if the appliance is disconnected during the cycle, the programme will run again from the point where it was interrupted.

"DOOR OPEN" INDICATION

Before starting and after end of a programme, the lamp lights to show the lid can be opened. As long as a wash programme is running, the lid remains locked and must on no account be forced open. In case you have an urgent need to open it during a running programme, refer to "Cancel (Reset) a running programme before the end".

RED INDICATIONS

"Service"

Lighting up of the "Service" indication can be caused by a fault in an electrical component. Refer to the "Troubleshooting Guide" in your "Instructions for Use"; if the fault persists, contact our After Sales Service.

"Water tap closed"

The appliance has no or insufficient water supply. Open the water tap: if the indications still lights up, refer to the "Troubleshooting Guide" in the Instructions for Use.

"Clean pump"

Waste water is not pumped out. Check whether the drain hose is kinked or the filter must be cleaned: in the latter case refer to the Instructions for Use ("Removing the Filter").

PROGRAMME END

• All the lights of the programme sequence indicator are off, and the "Door open" indication lights up.
1. Turn the programme selector to the "Off/O" position.
2. Close the water tap.
3. Open the lid and drum and unload the machine.
4. Leave the lid open for some time to allow the interior of the machine to dry.

CHANGE PROGRAMME AND/OR OPTIONS AFTER PROGRAMME START

I. Press the "Start/Pause" button to pause the programme. The light flashes.
2. Select the new programme, any options and another spin speed if you want.
3. Press the "Start/Pause" button again. The new programme continues at the same position where the previous programme was interrupted. Do not add detergent for this programme.

CANCEL (RESET) A RUNNING PROGRAMME BEFORE THE END

The "Reset" button cancels a programme before the end. Press the "Reset" button for at least 3 seconds. Any existing water is drained out before the door can be opened.
