TO SWITCH ON

1) Place bowl on scale before switching on.
2) Press and release ⏻ button.
88888/8 appears on display.
3) Wait until display shows 0.

TO CONVERT WEIGHT UNITS

The default unit of measure is grams (g) to change to imperial measures (lb.oz) press g-oz at any time during weighing.

To use the Aquatronic™ liquid measure function press ml-fl.oz to change between millilitres (ml) or fluid ounces (fl.oz).

The Aquatronic™ liquid measure feature is suitable for all water based liquids, including wine, milk, stock, cream etc.

Note: Oils have a lower specific gravity, which will result in a volume reading of approx +10%. If measuring oils by volume on this scale, please adjust for this accordingly.

SOLIDS: g = grammes, oz = ounces, lb = pounds

LIQUIDS: ml = millilitres, fl.oz = fluid ounces

If your recipe shows litre or pint measures: 1 litre = 1000 ml, 1 pint = 20 fl.oz, 1/2 pint = 10 fl.oz, 1/4 pint = 5 fl.oz

• If the scale is not being used for a long period, remove the batteries. Always remove flat batteries immediately.
  • DO NOT immerse the scale in water or use chemical/abrasive cleaning agents.
• The outer casing of the scale may be wiped clean with a damp cloth and the bowl can be washed by hand or by dishwasher.
