1 Important

Read this important information carefully before you use the

appliance and save it for future reference.

Warning

• Do not misuse the appliance to avoid potential injury.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household only. - Do not touch the sharp blades when the appliance is plugged in. If the blades get stuck, unplug the appliance before you remove the ingredients. Be careful when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
- Switch off and unplug the appliance from the power supply before:

• Removing it from the stand, changing accessories or
  approaching parts that move in use.
• Assembling, disassembling of cleaning it.
  • It is left unattended.
  • Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid. Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance is connected
• check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance
• Do not use the appliance if the plug, the mains cord, housing, lid or blender jar are damaged or has visible cracks. If the mains cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by Philips, a service centre authorised by Philips or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
  • Make sure the lid is properly assembled to the blender jar before we use the enzyme.

  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
  • Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the blender jar as it can
  be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming. Never assemble or disassemble the blonder jar to the motor

residual heat after use.

Caution

• Never use any accessories or parts from other manufacturers or that Phillips does not specifically recommend. If you use such accessories or parts, your guarantee becomes invalid. Only connect the appliance to an earthed wall socket.
  • Do not exceed the maximum indication on the blender jar.
• Do not exceed the maximum quantities and processing times indicated in the relevant table.
• If food sticks to the wall of the blender jar, switch off the appliance and unplug it. Then use a spatula to remove the food from the wall.
• Never fill the blender jar with ingredients hotter than ambient temperature. Avoid to pour cold water into the blade unit and blender jar immediately after use. Wait until it has been fully cooled.
  • The appliance can only be switched on if the blender jar is assembled on the motor base correctly.
• Do not touch the heating element and blade after use. Let it cool down for approx. 30 minutes before cleaning or disassembly.

Cooking

Warning

• Do not overfill the blender jar, boiling water may be ejected.

• Do not remove the lid while the water is boiling.

- Beware the appliance releases steam which can cause burns. Handle the exhaust lid and blender lid carefully.

Caution

• Let the appliance cool down to room temperature before use.
• Clean up the blade unit and blender jar after use.
  • Always make sure the lid is properly closed/assembled on the jar in the lid before you switch on the appliance.
  • This appliance is not suitable for use in some high-altitude areas.

Blending

Warning

• Never reach into the blender jar with your fingers or an object while the appliance is running.
  • If the blade unit gets stuck, unplug the appliance before you remove the ingredients that block the blades.

Caution

• To prevent spillage, do not put liquid beyond the maximum level in the blender jar, especially when you process at a high speed. Do not put liquid beyond the maximum level in the blender jar when you process hot liquids or ingredients that tend to foam.
  Do not let the appliance run for more than 3 minutes at a time. Let the appliance cool down to room temperature before you continue processing.
  • Always make sure the lid is properly closed/assembled on the jar and the exhaust lid is assembled properly before you switch on the appliance.

Built-in safety lock

This feature ensures that you can only switch on the appliance if the blender jar is assembled on the motor base properly. If the blender jar is correctly assembled, the built-in safety lock will be unlocked. E01 (error message) will be shown on display if the lid is not locked in place.

Safety Feature

This blender is fitted with a safety feature which safeguards against excessive loads. In case of overloading, the blender automatically activates the protection and operation will stop. If this occurs, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down for 15 minutes. Remove the ingredients and clear up the blender jar before starting operation.

Boil-dry protection

This appliance is equipped with boil-dry protection: It switches off automatically if you accidentally switch it on with no or not enough liquid in it. Let the appliance cool down for 15 minutes and unplug it. The appliance is ready for use again.

Electromagnetic fields (EMF)

This Philips appliance complies with all applicable standards and regulations regarding exposure to electromagnetic fields.

Recycling

Do not throw away the product with the normal household waste at the end of its life, but hand it in at an official collection point for recycling. By doing this, you help to preserve the environment.

Follow your country's rules for the separate collection of electrical and electronic products. Correct disposal helps prevent negative consequences for the environment and human health.

安全功能

本料理机配备了一项安全功能，可以防范过载。如果发生过载，料理机将自动激活保护并停止工作。如果出现这种情况，拔掉产品插头并使其冷却15分钟。在开始操作前，请取出原料并清洁搅拌杯。

防干烧保护

本产品具有防干烧保护功能：

Before first use

Thoroughly clean the parts that will come in contact with food before you use the appliance for the first time (see "Cleaning" in Fig. 5).

Preset cooking mode (Fig. 3)

1 Add ingredients to the blender jar
2 Assemble the exhaust lid and blender lid.
3 Fix the blender jar to the motor base.
4 Plug in the appliance.

→ You will hear a beep and the appliance is ready to use.

5 Press preset program button to toggle through preset programs.

→ When a preset program is selected, the LED of this

program will light up.

6 Press start/cancel button to start cooking.

→ The blender starts processing.

→ To stop processing, press the start/cancel button

again.

When cooking is completed, you will hear a few beeps. "End" is shown on the LED display.

7 Unplug the appliance and remove the blender jar from the motor base after cooking.

• This allows the heating element to cool down faster.
• Be aware that the blender lid and the blender jar will be very hot after cooking
• Be aware of the steam release when you remove the blender lid and exhaust lid.
  Warning: Do not touch the bottom of blender jar and the heating element after cooking. It is very hot!

8 Remove the blender lid.

9 Pour out the cooked ingredients/soup from the blender jar carefully.

Nutritious congee	1 cup rice (approx. 90 grams), approx. 1000 ml of water
Corn juice	4 cups of corn kernels (approx. 200 grams), ap–prox. 1000 ml of water
Crushed ice	4-8 ice cubes (2 cm x 2 cm x 2 cm)
Soy milk	1 cup soy beans (approx. 70 grams), approx. 1000 ml of water
Soup	Approx. 350g of ingredients, approx. 1000 ml of water
Fruit juice	Not more than the maximum 1750 ml level indi-cated on the blender jar e.g.: 750 grams carrots, 1000 ml water
Grain congee	1/2 cup rice (approx. 50 grams), red beans (20 grams), approx. 1000 ml of water
Smoothie	Approx. 100 grams of water, 100 grams of ice, 200 grams of fruit

Note:

• When using this appliance in high-altitude areas (>1000m), make sure to reduce the ingredient quantity in the recipe to prevent ingredient overflow.
• To avoid accidents, do not add ingredients to the blender jar while it is working.
• When making fruit and vegetable drinks, de-core the fruit/vegetables and add the appropriate amount of drinking water or milk.
• Do not restart the appliance if it stops when making soy milk (or congee), or if the appliance has finished processing. This may cause the cooked ingredients to burn or damage the heating plate and other components. If the appliance stops working or has finished processing, remove the ingredients from the blender jar before reusing.

Use the heating function (Fig. 3)

1 Follow step 1 to 4 in "Preset cooking mode" to prepare your blender.
2 Press the heating button. (Step 5 in Fig. 3)
3 Press start/cancel button to start heating.

→ The blender starts to heat the ingredients to 100 °C.

→ After boiling, the LED display will show the

remaining time (minute).

→ The temperature of the ingredients is shown on

LED display during heating.

Note: Do not use the appliance to heat sticky liquid like milk, soy milk or cool congee. Otherwise, it will cause the ingredients to burn or produce unpleasant smell.

Use the pulse function (Fig. 3)

1 Follow step 1 to 4 in "Preset cooking mode" to prepare your blender.
2 Press and hold the Pulse/clean button to start processing until getting the result desired.
→ The blender starts blending at a very high speed.
3 Release the Pulse/clean button to stop processing.
4 Unplug the appliance.

注意：

· 当您在高海拔地区（>1000米）使用本机器时，务必减少上述食材表中的食材用量以避免食材溢出。

·本机器在工作过程中禁止添加食材，以免发生意外。

·在制作果蔬类饮品时，请预先将有核的食材去核后方可放入杯桶中，并加入适量的饮用水或牛奶。

· 本机器在制作豆浆（或米糊、香粥）时，如中途停电或制作完成后，请不要再次开启功能，否则会造成焦糊或损坏发热盘等元器件，从而造成机器不能正常工作。注意：出现以上情况的时候，应重新投放食材再使用机器。

使用加热功能（图3）

1 按照“预设烹饪模式”中的步骤 1至4来准备料理机。
2 按加热按钮（图 3 中的步骤 5）。
3 按开始 /取消按钮开始加热。

→ 料理机开始工作后，会将搅拌杯中的食材加热到100 ℃。

→ 当食材煮沸时，数码屏幕将显示剩余时间（分钟）。

→ 您可以在加热过程中从数字屏幕上了解当前的食材

温度。

注意：请勿用本产品直接加热牛奶、豆浆、冷米糊等粘稠的液体，否则会造成“糊底”等的烧焦情况，产生异味。

使用点动功能（图3）

1 按照“预设烹饪模式”中的步骤 1至4来准备料理机。

1. 按住点动 / 清洗按钮开始加工，直至获得所需效果。

→ 料理机开始持续高速搅拌。

3 松开点动 / 清洗按钮来停止加工

4 拔掉产品插头。

Manual blending mode (Fig.4)

1 Add ingredients to the blender jar.

2 Assemble the exhaust lid and blender lid.

3 Fix the blender jar to the motor base.

4 Plug in the appliance

→ You will hear a beep and the appliance is ready to use.

5 Press timer button (-/+) to adjust the processing
time (range from one to three minutes).
6 Press speed button (-7+) to adjust the processing speed (range from one to nine 8/H).
7 Press start/cancel button to start blending.

→ The blender starts processing.

→ To stop processing, press the start/cancel

button again.

→ When blending is completed, you will hear five

beeps. "End" is shown on the LED display.

8 Unplug the appliance and remove the blender jar
from the motor base after blending.
9 Remove the blender lid.
10 Pour out the blended ingredients/soup from the blender jar carefully.

Cleaning (Fig. 5)

1 Pour in washing-up liquid and warm water (no more

than half of maximum capacity).

2 Insert the exhaust cover and close the lid

3 Press Pulse/Clean button for three to five times. Keep

the washing-up liquid in the blender jar for 15 minutes 4. Unplug the appliance and then pour out to empty the

blender jar. Rinse under tap to clean the blender jar.

5 Use dry cloth to clean the driving shaft head.

6 Use dry cloth to clean the bottom of the blender jar.

Note:

- Do not soak the blender jar in water to avoid damaging

故障排除

问题	回答
搅拌出来的成品不够细腻怎么办?	在搅拌之前先将水果和蔬菜切成小块,这样成品就会更细腻了
能不能使用料理机来煮牛奶?	我们不推荐使用本机来加热含有大量牛奶、奶油或者淀粉的液体。因为这些原材料很容易粘在杯底造成烧焦。您可以先用本机搅拌这些原材料,然后再去灶台加热来浓缩此类食材。
刀片下面的部分很难清洗。有没有好办法可以把它洗干净?	1. 打开杯盖,然后加入自来水。(勿超过最大容量的一半。)2. 放入排气盖后,盖上杯盖。3. 插好电源线。4. 选择浓汤程序。5. 按开始/取消按钮启动程序。6. 程序结束后,让液体在搅拌杯中浸泡一小时。7. 浸泡结束后,倒入非腐蚀性的清洗剂。8. 按点动清洁按钮三到五次。9. 拔掉电源然后将搅拌杯里的水倒干净。10. 将搅拌杯卸下,然后用自来水冲洗干净。
料理机不工作该怎么办?	本机配有安全机制来防止超负荷运转。当料理机过载时,本机会自动启动保护流程并停止工作。如果此情况发生,拨下插头。让机器冷却15分钟。移除搅拌杯中的食材并清理干净后,再重新使用料理机。
料理机发出异味或者冒烟。	当料理机第一次使用的时候,您若闻到异味或是工作时伴有少量烟,这是正常的。这些现象会在机器多次使用后消失。当料理机长时间工作后,您若闻到异味或是工作时伴有一些烟,您可以关机冷却60分钟后再使用。
制作好的粥、糊、汤、豆浆口感不好,煮不透,应该怎么办?	制作粥、糊、汤、豆浆等必须选择对应的功能按键。
出现食材溢出或者彻底是什么原因?	制作前不能放糖。
在食物打碎前发现功能错误,怎么办?	需要切换功能,请再次按下启动/停止按键,取消当前功能。若此时水温不高,可以直接重新选择;若此时水温过高(达70/80°C)时,请重新更换食材后,再重新选择对应的功能。
如果刀片被卡住,如何处理?	请先拔下电源插头再清除原料。清空搅拌杯和清洁时要非常小心。建议您减少原料量,并将非常硬的原料先切成小块再加工。
