RECLINABLE SLING PATIO CHAIR

GFC-612

READ THIS BEFORE ASSEMBLING & USING THIS PRODUCT

OPENING CHAIR INSTRUCTIONS (Fig. 1 – Fig. 6):

  1. Stand behind the chair. Place one hand on a corner frame of the chair's backrest while placing the other hand on the same side's armrest.
  2. Pull the backrest towards you while pushing the armrest away. Do this until the chair is fully reclined.
  3. Attach the pillow. (See page 3.)
  4. The Reclining Sling Chair can be adjusted to 6 different positions. To adjust the recline position: sit in the chair, away from the backrest (closer to the edge of the seat), while leaning forward. Simultaneously, pull both armrests up and away from you. Once you have your desired reclined position, release both armrests at the appropriate locking notches (located underneath the armrests). Before using the chair at the desired reclined position, make sure both armrests and the backrest are secure.

ATTENTION: Be aware of pinch points, which may cause injury. They form when two parts of the chair frame meet. Examples of pinch points of this chair include underneath the armrest; backrest frame and seat frame fold together, and the base frames folding together Exercise caution when using your chair especially when closing it, which increases the number of pinch points.

Make sure your Reclining Sling Chair is completely unfolded before sitting in. Body shape and weight will affect the way this Reclining Sling Chair operates. Be careful and proceed with caution. To reduce the risk of injury, do not play on, stand, or jump on the Reclining Sling Chair. The Reclining Sling Chair is intended for sitting only.

CLOSING CHAIR INSTRUCTIONS (Fig. 7 – Fig. 15):

  1. Anchor your chair by placing your foot on the bottom of the front base frame.
  2. Hold the front ends of each armrest. Lift and pull up the armrests so they are pointing straight up.
  3. Release your foot while still holding the armrests. Push down on armrests until the chair is in folded position.

PILLOW INSTRUCTIONS (Fig. 16 - Fig. 19):

  1. Thread bungee cord through eyelid of pillow and Bring pillow around the front. Note: Bungee cord should be in a plastic bag within the plastic bag containing the pillow.
  2. Make sure the flat part of the pillow is resting above the snap holders and flat against the fabric of the chair. Thread other end of bungee cord through the pillow's eyelid.
