NOTE: HOLD THE ARM DOWN WITH ONE HAND, WHILE PRESSING THE "RELEASE LEVER", TO PREVENT THE ARM FROM RISING TOO QUICKY.
Gently press lever to release arm, and raise slowly.

Release lever to lock arm in position.
