OPERATING INSTRUCTION

Battery Supply

Open the battery compartment and insert as indicated in the compartment two batteries, type AAA cells (not included).

WARNING

To prevent fire or shock hazard, do not expose the unit to rain or moisture.

To avoid electrical shock, do not open the cabinet, refer to service agent or qualified engineer only.

If at any time in the future you should need to dispose of this product please note that Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with household waste. Please recycle where facilities exist.

Check with your Local Authority or retailer for recycling advice. (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive).

CONTROL PANEL OPERATION

1. FM ANTENNA

- Extend TELESCOPIC ANTENNA to its full length if you are listening to FM broadcasting

2. TUNING

Rotate the tuning to select the radio frequency as your favour.

3. BATTERY COMPARTMENT

- Open the battery compartment and insert two batteries, type AAA cells (not included).

4. VOL CONTROL

- Rotate to adjust volume level.

When playing, rotate upward to reduce the volume, rotate upward till you hear a sound "clap" to close the unit;

- Rotate down till you hear a sound "clap" to open the unit. When playing, rotate down to increase the volume.

5. AM/FM SWITCH

- To switch between AM/FM.

6.PHONES JACK

- 3.5mm Stereo headphone jack.

The European Directive 2002/96 /EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) required that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream. Old appliances must be

collected separately in order to optimize the recovery and recycling of the material they contain, and reduce the impact on human health and the environment. Besides that, waste batteries and/or accumulator must be removed prior to delivery of WEEE, thought the separated collection channels provided for this purpose (distributors and/or facilities from Local Authorities)

Suministro de las pilas

Abra el compartimento de las pilas e introduzca dos pilas tal como se indica en el compartimento de las pilas, pilas tipo AAA (no incluidas).

ADVERTENCIA

Para prevenir incendios o el riesgo de descarga, no exponga la unidad a la lluvia o a la humedad.

Para evitar descargas eléctricas, no abra la caja, consulte solamente a un agente de mantenimiento o ingeniero cualificado. Si en algún momento en el futuro necesita deshacerse de este producto, tenga en cuenta que los residuos de productos eléctricos no deben desecharse junto con la basura doméstica. Recicle el producto en las instalaciones correspondientes.

Consulte con su autoridad local o minorista para reciclar (Directiva de Residuos de aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos).

FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL PANEL DE CONTROL

1. ANTENA DE FM

- Extienda la ANTENA TELESCÓPICA en toda su longitud si está escuchando transmisiones de FM.

2. SINTONIZACIÓN

- Gire el dial para seleccionar la frecuencia de radio a su gusto.

3. COMPARTIMENTO DE LAS PILAS

- Abra el compartimento de las pilas e inserte dos pilas de tipo AAA (no incluidas).

4. CONTROL DEL VOLUMEN

- Gire para ajustar el nivel de volumen.

Al reproducir, gire hacia arriba para reducir el volumen, gire hacia arriba hasta que escuche un sonido de "palmada" para cerrar la unidad;

- Gire hacia abajo hasta que escuche un sonido de "palmada" para abrir la unidad.

Durante la reproducción, gire hacia abajo para aumentar el volumen.

5. INTERRUPTOR DE AM/FM

- Para cambiar entre AM/FM.

6. Conexión Auriculares (3,5mm)

- Toma de auriculares estéreo de 3,5 mm.
