Congratulations on your purchase of this product. Please read this user manual carefully.
Warning
- Never expose the battery charger to rain or moisture.
- Never attempt to open the battery charger, please contact the local agent if have problems.
- Never use metal or the other conductors to touch the inside of the battery charger.
- Never short-circuit the battery charger terminals.
- Please make sure the voltage range is fit for the battery charger.
- Please use the power adapter provided by the manufacturer in order to avoid damage.
- Never use the battery charger if it is already damaged.
Caution
- Only limited to charge specified battery(ies), it may danger if charge other battery(ies) due to incompatibility problem.
- Only works in temperature between 0^ - 45^ .
- Keep the terminals clean and ensure the reliable connection.
- It is normal phenomenon that the battery charger may become warm in use.
- Please unplug the power lead if the battery charger is not used for a long time.
- Do not cover the cooling vent.
- Please do not put the battery charger in unstable place, it may fall and cause serious damage.
- Store the battery charger in cool, dry and clean place.
Features
This charger is designed for Li-ion packs solely.
When charging two packs, the charger will simultaneously at 1.5A per hour charge rate. 98Wh packs will charge in approximately 4 hours.

Automatic detection of damaged or misued batteries for added safety.
Charging
Insert the AC power cord into the AC receptacle in the back of the charger.
Connect all batteries needing charge into the charger.
Turn the rear panel power switch to the ON position. At this time the switch will light and the LED lights on the front panel of the charger will blink green when charging.
If the battery does not meet quick charging conditions (i.e. temperature or deeply discharged) the charger ill precharge the battery and go into a trickle charge mode until it is safe to enter quick charge mode.
The LED corresponding with the charging bay will turn solid green when the battery is fully charged.
Warranty:
This product is warranted to the Original Purchaser against all defects in material and or workmanship for the period herein.
The warranty period shall be 3 years for parts and labor, unless otherwise noted.
