Smith-Victor WARRANTY
Smith-Victor warrants to the first commercial owner to be free from defects in the material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase and will repair or replace product found to be defective under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage caused by shipment, by product abuse, accident, modification, disassembly or use beyond intended use specified by Smith-Victor.
This warranty is the only warranty made to any person by Smith-Victor and is in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties. The remedies set forth in this warranty shall be the exclusive remedies available to any person for breach of this warranty. Under no circumstances shall Smith-Victor be liable to any person for incidental or consequential damages, whether arising out of breach of warranty or other contract, negligence, strict liability or other tort or otherwise.

Instructions
- Mounting and positioning light:
a. Position the spring loaded sliding lock nut (5) to the desired location.
b. Be sure ball head (6) tightening knob is securely fastened to provide resistance when screwing ball head into place. Mount ball head to channel lock nut by rotating the ball head clockwise until it is securely in place and cannot slide along the channel.
c. Connect ¼-20 threaded mounting hole (9) to light stand, flex arm (8) or other ¼-20 threaded fixture.
- Power input
a. Install power adapter output port to power socket (2). The socket will be locked when a "Click" is heard.
- Power switch
Turn the power switch (1) to "ON" and the light will illuminate.
- Dimmer
Rotate the light intensity knob (3) to adjust brightness (0-100%).
