How to set up the weather station?
Insert batteries in the main unit and the outdoor sensor. Place the sensor outdoors within 30 meters. The station will automatically sync. If not, press SEARCH to resync.
How to set the atomic clock?
The clock auto-syncs after battery insertion. To force sync, press and hold the RECEPTION button. Ensure the unit is away from interference.
Why is the outdoor temperature not showing?
Check that the sensor batteries are fresh and inserted correctly. Ensure the sensor is within range. Press SEARCH on the main unit to re-link.
How to change temperature units?
Press and hold the SET button to enter settings. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to unit selection. Choose °C or °F and press SET to confirm.
How to set the alarm?
Press the ALARM button to enter alarm mode. Press and hold SET to adjust hours and minutes. Press ALARM again to enable/disable.
What is the battery life?
With quality alkaline batteries, the main unit lasts about 12 months and the sensor about 12 months. Low battery indicators will appear when replacement is needed.
Can I add more outdoor sensors?
The RGR202 supports only one outdoor sensor. It cannot pair with additional sensors. For multi-sensor stations, consider other Oregon Scientific models.
How to clean the device?
Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. Avoid water, moisture, and harsh chemicals. Do not immerse in water.
Why is the time wrong?
Move the unit away from electronic interference (TVs, microwaves). Try manual sync via RECEPTION button. If persistent, set time manually by pressing SET and adjusting.

A rising arrow indicates improving weather (fair), a falling arrow indicates deteriorating weather (rain). Steady arrow means stable conditions.
