Frequently Asked Questions - T203 Horizon Fitness

How to assemble the Horizon Fitness T203 treadmill?
Follow the assembly steps in the manual: attach the console uprights to the frame, connect the cables, attach the console. Use the included tools (Allen keys) and progressively tighten all screws. After assembly, lubricate the deck before first use.
How to use the console and programs?
Insert the safety key, then press START for quick start. For a program, choose a target with SELECT TARGET (time, distance, calories) and a workout with SELECT WORKOUT (manual, intervals, hills, weight loss, custom). Use the SPEED and INCLINE keys to adjust.
How to lubricate the treadmill deck?
Use the provided silicone lubricant. Apply a thin layer to the deck under the belt, following the maintenance guide instructions. Lubricate after the first 50 hours of use, then every 3 months or 150 hours.
How to adjust belt tension and alignment?
Use the adjustment bolts at the rear of the treadmill. For tension, turn both bolts equally. For alignment, if the belt drifts left, turn the left bolt clockwise; if right, turn the right bolt clockwise. Consult the treadmill guide for details.
What to do if the treadmill does not start?
Check that the safety key is fully inserted into the console and the power cord is plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the on/off switch is in the 'I' position. If the problem persists, see the troubleshooting section of the manual or contact technical support.
How to use the safety key?
Attach the key clip to your clothing, then insert the key into the console. The treadmill only operates when the key is in place. If you move away, the key is pulled out and the treadmill stops immediately for your safety.
How to connect an iPod or MP3 player?
For an iPod, place it in the dedicated docking station. For an MP3 player, use the included audio adapter cable: connect it to the console's audio input jack and to the player's headphone output. Sound will play through the built-in speakers. You can also plug headphones into the audio output jack.
How to clean and maintain the treadmill?
Unplug the unit before cleaning. Wipe the console and surfaces with a damp, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive products. Regularly clean under the belt to remove dust. Check and tighten bolts monthly.
What is the maximum user weight capacity?
The Horizon Fitness T203 supports a maximum weight of approximately 130 kg (standard estimation). For safety and durability, do not exceed this limit.
How to contact Horizon Fitness customer service?
For any questions or missing parts, do not return the unit to the store. Contact technical support by phone, email, or via the website. Have the serial number (on the white sticker on the front stabilizer) and model number ready.
